"Theodore? How are you?" Alden said as he answered.

"Good, Alden, good!" Theodore replied casually. "Hey, is your father home? Is he busy?" he asked, his voice carrying a hint of nervousness.

"Yeah, he's here. Do you wantto put him on?" Alden asked, a bit intrigued.

Theodore never asked-he just showed up.

"I just wanted to check if you'd be home. There's something I need to go over with you both," Theodore said, his nervous tone returning.

Alden and Peter waited in the study for Theodore's arrival. He had already mentioned he was coming for Alden and Serenity's wedding but would be arriving a few days early. This twas completely different-he had actually called ahead to say he was coming to Valentia.

"I don't know, Dad! But Theodore's visit seems really strange, don't you think?" Alden said, staring out the window.

"To be honest, I don't remember much about this man, aside from what you and he have told me. Even Celeste has mentioned a few things, but I can't say yes or no," Peter said casually.

"Theodore isn't the kind of man who announces himself. One day, he just shows up at the dining table for breakfast, and that's how we know he's back,” Alden said, concerned. Alden, still watching from the study, was stunned when a woman stepped out-a very beautiful woman.

A few moments later, standing before Peter and Alden, were a young woman-who looked even younger than Peter-and a young man about Alden's age.

"Peter, Alden..." Theodore said, looking at them intently. "This is Fiona Sawyer, my wife and the mother of my son, Adam Bennett Sawyer." He placed a hand on the young man's shoulder.

Both men's expressions shifted from calm to sheer surprise. Peter might not have remembered Theodore's personality, but Alden did. He knew Theodore wasn't an easy man, and seeing this woman-her beauty, and the revelation of his son-was nothing short of shocking.

"Welcto Valentia!" Peter finally said, breaking the silence and stepping forward to embrace them.

Peter didn't seem to find anything odd about the situation he simply greeted Fiona and hugged Adam, who both looked a little shy.

"Theodore... You're a father?" Alden asked, still in disbelief "Alden, enough with the shock. Greet Fiona and Adam properly," Peter chided, noticing how his son couldn't stop staring at them.

"Oh, right! My apologies! Welcto Valentia!" Alden said kissing Fiona on the cheek and shaking Adam's hand. "I know I never mentioned it before, but it hasn't been long since I married Fiona and officially recognized Adam as my son," Theodore admitted, a bit nervously.

That was unusual for him. Alden knew that Theodore wasn't a man who explained himself or shared much about his personal life. The fact that he had shown up and introduced his family was something Alden never expected to see. It hinted at a possible change in him. Adam simply observed the scene unfold, understanding very little Italian. Fiona, having spent twith Theodore, understood and spoke sItalian, though she remained quiet due to her background.

"Theodore, Fiona, and Adam, we're truly happy to have you here," Peter said warmly, trying to ease the tension
