When Kimberly came back. Jason was talking to the doctor.
“I got a handsome guy to take care of you. Aren’t I amazing?” Kimberly whispered.
Anastasia smiled lightly, her face pale.
“Do you know that you’re pregnant?” Kimberly was a little worried. “That scumbag doesn’t deserve it.
Looking at the pregnancy check–up report. Anastasia kept silent for a long time before saying, “When I
called Alastor, Felicia answered it. I think he did it on purpose to force me to initiate the divorce.”
Through the past four years, Anastasia had learned enough about Alastor.
He could not let himself be the one in the wrong and would not initiate the divorce. “Before I came to
Atharia, I don’t think he had any intention of divorcing me. After 1 left the country, I don’t know what
means Felicia used to convince him.”
“That jerk!” Kimberly scolded angrily. “Divorce! You should get a divorce when you get back! It’s not like
you can’t live without him after divorcing, right? You shouldn’t stay with this kind of man for even a
minute longer.”
“He wants me to initiate the divorce, but I won’t. I want to see what extent he’ll go to force me into
initiating it.” Anastasia smiled ironically.
That smile was extremely ugly.

“The doctor has given the go–ahead for you to be discharged. I’ve signed the necessary documents,”
Jason said as he walked over, having completed the discharge procedures.
“Thank you, Jason. Kimberly was a little embarrassed.
“No problem. It’s my pleasure.” Jason smiled at Anastasia.
“Happy birthday.” Anastasia did not thank him anymore and wished him a happy birthday instead.
Jason paused for a moment before saying with a smile, “I’ve received your blessing. Since Kimberly is
here, I’ll go first.”
Soon after Jason left, Anastasia finished her IV drip.
Anastasia did not speak throughout the whole journey home from the hospital.
In Kimberly’s living room, the tablet was still displaying the surveillance footage from Anastasia’s
house.
Sienna had arrived at Alastor’s house early, looking around and secretly looking through Anastasia’s
things.
She was secretly delighted at the thought that these things would soon belong to her.
“Snowball!” Sienna shouted at the little Ragdoll in the cat bed.
The little Ragdoll glanced at Sienna. Seeing that it was a stranger, he curled up in the cat bed again
coldly and ignored.
Sienna.
“My son is so obedient,” Anastasia whispered.
“Is that your stepsister Sienna?” Kimberly was holding a bag of popcorn, intending to enjoy the drama
that would unfold later.
“Yes. That’s the surprise I prepared for Felicia and Alastor.” Anastasia leaned against the couch while
watching the surveillance footage.
Sienna had calculated when Alastor would get home and went into the bathroom to shower in advance.
It seemed like she was deliberately waiting for Alastor to return, so that he would accidentally see
her….
Unfortunately, Sienna’s plan fell through.
The camera in the living room showed that Alastor had returned with Felicia.
From the surveillance footage, it could be seen that Alastor did not drink much alcohol and was very
much conscious.
Therefore, it was definitely not the case that Felicia deliberately answered Alastor’s phone because he
was drunk.
Seeing the both of them get home together, Kimberly held Anastasia’s hand nervously.
The surveillance camera was good. But sometimes the truth was too cruel.
“Who’s in the bathroom?” Felicia was about to hug Alastor when she heard the sound of water flowing
from the bathroom.

“Is Anastasia… back?” Felicia’s voice was filled with shock.
Alastor remained silent throughout. Anastasia could not see his expression and wondered if he was
scared.
Chapter 13
When Felicia walked into the bedroom. Alastor did not stop her.
“Ah!” Soon, the piercing screams of Felicia and Sienna were heard from the surveillance footage.
“Who are you?” The two of them shouted at the same time
Felicia’s face darkened. She walked out of the bathroom and questioned Alastor. “Alastor, who is she?”
Sienna wrapped herself in a bath towel and walked out as well, looking at Alastor in shock. “Alastor,
who is she?”
Sitting on the couch. Alastor evidently looked like he was in a very bad mood.
Who told you to come here” His voice was deep and full of obvious interrogation.
Sienna was frightened by Alastor’s pressurizing aura and stammered, “Anastasia asked me to come
here! She told me no one was home and asked me to take care of Snowball. Who is she? Why did you
bring her home?”
Sienna was not stupid. She thought to herself. “Anastasia isn’t at home, and Alastor took a woman
home at this late hour. What else could a man and a woman be doing together in the middle of the
night?”
