Chapter 443 How Come I Am Your Wife?

"Damarion is fine. It is not a bad cold," Terrence said slowly. "The doctor has prescribed some

medicine."

Damarion was not in good spirits. After being sick, he became more dependent on Alexa.

"Damarion, Mom will be tired out."

Terrence held Damarion in his arm and did not allow Damarion to pounce on Alexa.

"How about Daddy pick you up?"

"I don't want you."

Damarion suddenly became willful. Terrence frowned slightly, but he did not scold Damarion.

"I want my mother."

"Give him to me."

Alexa wanted to take Damarion, but Terrence was surprisingly stubborn.

"No." He was resolute. "It's not convenient for you. I will carry Damarion."

Although Terrence was always merciful, he could be scary to Damarion when Terrence talked in a

serious tone.

Alexa was standing by his side, but Damarion could not hug her. He immediately felt aggrieved and

secretly shed tears.

Alexa's heart was about to break when she looked at this poor little fellow.

"Damarion was in poor health when he was a child, and I have been taking care of him."

Alexa stroked Damarion’s head as a way to comfort him.

"He feels insecure when being sick, so he wants me."

"I can also take good care of him."

Terrence has been trying to find a way to repair the relationship between him and Damarion.

Although Damarion got along well with Terrence, it seemed that he still did not trust Terrence very much

when he needed someone.

Damarion had been staying in Terrence's arms all the time. He cried with aggrievance and then soon

fell asleep with his hand grabbing Terrence’s collar.

"Take your time," Alexa said in a low voice.

The light in the car was dark, and Alexa could not see Terrence's expression clearly.

But after she finished speaking, Terrence kissed her forehead lightly.

"Alexa, thank you."

"Damarion’s personality is very like yours," Alexa smiled in a relaxed mood. "He takes after you."

"I hope that he will be able to protect you and our daughter when he grows up, so I will be extra strict

with him."

"Are you sure it's a girl?"

"My intuition says so," Terrence smiled lightly. "It is always right."

"Then what if it's not?”

Alexa flashed a smile and looked at him seriously.

"Do I have to carry another one?"

"No," Terrence said without thinking. "Whether it's a daughter or a son, this is the last one."

"What if I still want one?"

"No."

When it came to this question, Terrence had always been very serious.

"Your health comes first," he said slowly. "It is enough for us to have two children."

"Okay."

Alexa nodded, but when he thought of Sasha, she still felt a little suffocated.

"I heard that Zeke has a financial company himself."

"Yes, he did."

"What do you mean?"

"Three hours ago, he did have a financial company. But not long ago, it went bankrupt," Terrence said

lightly.

"Could it be..."

Alexa looked at him, and everything she needed to know was in his eyes.

Terrence nodded and smiled subtly.

"He is quite bold."

"Mr. Landon loves his daughter. I am afraid Zeke is probably in big trouble."

"Will Irvin protect Zeke?" Alexa said objectively. "Maybe Zeke also knows Jovan.”

Jovan was sinister and liked to play foully.

Terrence had been dealing with Jovan for so many years, but he still hadn't gotten the upper hand.

In a cloudy mood, Alexa felt distressed.

The next day, Kasey was discharged from the hospital.

Zeke personally came to pick her up, and Kasey was very happy. They had been talking and laughing

all the time.

It wasn't until they packed up and left the ward that Sasha suddenly showed up at the door with her

men.

The smile on Zeke’s face instantly froze. Kasey didn't know what had happened and looked at the two

with a blank face.

Sasha stood there with an indifferent expression. She looked very aggressive.

Kasey walked closer to Zeke subconsciously.

"Zeke..."

She said weakly. Zeke did not respond to her, while Sasha sneered.

"Is she the ex-girlfriend you were talking about?"

"What... What ex-girlfriend?"

"Nothing," Zeke smiled stiffly. "Kasey, ignore her. Let's go."

"I don't want to."

Kasey realized something was wrong and immediately let go of Zeke's hand.

"Zeke, make it clear to me first."

"Yes, make it clear to her," Sasha said with a cold face. "Whatever between you and me is not

complicated."

Zeke's face darkened.

Sasha knew that he would not admit it, so she smiled at Kasey insincerely.

"I had an abortion yesterday. It was his baby."

"What did you say?"

Kasey took a step back in disbelief, her face pale with fright.

"Zeke, is what she said true?"

Zeke couldn't take it anymore and completely fell out with Sasha.

"How can you be sure that it's mine? You know how slutty you are," Zeke smiled cruelly.

"You just become more and more adept at slinging mud at others."

Sasha had already seen through him, so she was not hurt by his words.

"You don't even dare to do amniocentesis and keep claiming it is mine. Isn't it funny?”

"Yes, it is."

She looked straight at Zeke with no warmth in her heart.

"I brought a lawyer here today," Sasha said casually. "I hope you can cooperate and return all the

properties I gave to you. Otherwise, I will see you in court."

Zeke was embarrassed and immediately left with Kasey with no more argument.

"I'll send you to your dad and talk with him about last night's business."

Kasey didn't answer and just wiped her tears.

"Stop it. Don't cry. She's just a crazy woman. You don't have to care about her."

"How can you know that kind of person?"

"If you want to know, I will explain it to you later," Zeke promised sincerely. "But not today. It's your

discharge day from the hospital. I don't want an irrelevant person to influence your mood."

Hearing this, Kasey instantly stopped talking.

Zeke looked very serious. He could not have lied to her.

"Zeke, I believe you."

Kasey really loved him deeply.

Zeke was relieved. Kasey had arranged everything for tonight's meeting.

"My dad has agreed. Let’s have dinner tonight and talk about your company."

"Thank you, my dear wife."

"How come I am your wife?"

Kasey bowed her head shyly and smiled sweetly.

At night, Zeke went to the Landon's home with some expensive gifts he bought on purpose.

But he did not expect that Alexa and Terrence were also there.

Dale Landon had been chatting with Alexa and did not even look at Zeke.

"Dad, this is Zeke."

It was when Kasey introduced Zeke that Dale paid attention to him.

"Okay." He nodded and had no intention of talking to Zeke.

"Alexa, Terrence." Zeke changed his strategy. "Why are you also here?"

"I was invited by Mr. Landon. He is Hudson Group's important client and we have been cooperating

with each other for a long time," Alexa said calmly.

"I see."

Zeke sat down on the side and didn't have many chances to speak.

"I have also invited an old friend." Dale smiled. "I will introduce her to you later."

As soon as he finished speaking, a confident female voice sounded.

"Sorry, I'm late."
