Davis rushed into the room with a panicked expression on his face. “Jocelyn, are you alright?” Yuni had
just told him that Jocelyn was feeling unwell.

City now!”

Davis felt rather embarrassed. “I received a call from her when I found out about your allergy. I was

Jocelyn knew that Davis was doing this for her sake. She pursed her lips and said, “Help me fetch her
from the airport later. I’m still waiting for the results of the Ocean Heart Jewelry Competition to be
released. You can bring her around the city!”
Davis nodded and said, “Sure, I’ll do that right now!”
Jocelyn nodded.
Davis rushed to the airport after visiting Jocelyn at the hospital for a while.
Jocelyn closed her eyes. She wanted to look at the IV drip, but she fell asleep unknowingly. She did not
even know when the drip needle got removed from her hand.
When Jocelyn woke up again, she saw Skyler sitting on the sofa of the ward. The light cast a

Jocelyn watched as he handed a cup of water over to her. Somehow, she felt extremely warm. Perhaps
she was feeling emotionally vulnerable since she was not feeling well.
Jocelyn accepted the glass of water and took a couple of sips of water. She thanked Skyler intently. “Mr.

When Lexie saw Davis, the light in her gaze instantly dimmed. That was because she saw Yuni and
Davis standing in the bend of the corridor a short distance away from her. Lexie could clearly see them
from where she was. However, they could not see her. Yuni reached out her hand to hold Davis’s hand,
and Davis did not reject her advances either. Although Yuni was acting suspiciously, Davis did not shoo
