Chapter 506
Stephanie stared at Sebastian, clearly confused.
Macro frowned with a puzzled look on his face. “What do you mean by that?”
Sebastian turned to him, his expression cold. “How did you treat her?”

Macro blinked, processing what he’d said. ‘How did | treat her? Wait. What's he talking about? Is there some
special way to treat her?’
He looked at Sebastian, completely not understanding what he was getting at.
Sebastian's question caught Macro off guard for a second. He didn’t know how to respond to that. Then he
replied flatly, “With my eyes, of course.”
Sebastian's face darkened as he glared at Macro, who still seemed clueless. His voice turned icy as he asked, “If
something goes wrong after she takes this, are you going to take responsibility?”
Macro froze, thinking, ‘Wait. What?‘
“It’s not going to cause any problems. It's just digestive enzymes. You know that,” Macro said, trying to brush it
off.
‘She's taken it before, right?‘ he thought.

Stephanie looked at Sebastian, just as confused. “Yeah, it’s just digestive enzpowder.”
Sebastian glanced at the cup in her hand and then at her. Without saying a word, he took the cup from her.
Macro frowned. “What's the big deal?”
‘It’s just a little stomach trouble. Do we really need a full exam before giving her medicine? Just take the powder.
It's no big deal, he thought.
But Sebastian’s extrworry for Stephanie didn’t make any sense to Macro. He shook his head in disbelief.
“You're really going overboard.”
He thought being caring was one thing, but this was too much.
Sebastian's protectiveness left Macro feeling a bit suffocated. ‘How does she deal with all this?‘ he thought.
He felt a lot of pressure from taking care of her.
Sebastian shot Macro a cold, accusing look. “She might be pregnant. Are you seriously giving her random
medicine?”
At that, both Macro and Stephanie froze.
The room was completely still.
Macro’s eyes widened. He stared at Sebastian in disbelief and then looked over at Stephanie.
He slapped his forehead. “Oh, right! Stefi, you might be pregnant!”
‘How did I not think of that sooner?‘ he thought.
Thinking it through, he realized that Stephanie’s symptoms over the last few days were exactly like those of
pregnancy.
She had no appetite and felt super tired all the time. She ate stuff she had never liked before.

Chapter 506
Stephanie froze when she heard Sebastian's words. “I'm pregnant?” she asked, clearly unsure.
Macro immediately jumped in. “You're the one who's pregnant. Why are you asking him?”
Stephanie looked totally confused.
‘Am | pregnant?‘ she thought.
Sebastian rubbed Stephanie's soft head and shot Macro a glare that could kill.
“You must go to the Moalee Desert,” he said, his voice serious.
Macro flinched. “I-I didn’t connect the dots between her symptoms and pregnancy. Don’t be too hard on me.”
Sebastian narrowed his eyes. “You didn’t realize something this big?”

Macro felt completely defeated. ‘Okay, this is on me,’ he thought.
“I'm sorry,” he said quietly.
‘Wait, he’s way too careful with Stefi. Why didn’t | notice this before? But then, Sebastian's always like this when
it comes to her,’ he thought.
But seriously, Macro didn’t want to go to the Moalee Desert.
Macro glanced desperately at Stephanie. “Stefi, please, helpout,” he asked.
He knew only Stephanie could get Sebastian to listen now. No one else could change his mind. He was too crazy.
Stephanie turned to look at Sebastian.
Before she could say anything, Sebastian cut her off coldly. “If you ask her to beg, I'll make sure you stay there
for another six months.”
“Stop, Stefi. Don’t say anything. You don’t need to say a word. | can handle this,” Macro quickly interrupted,
stopping Stephanie before she could speak.
Sebastian's threat was enough to make Macro decide against asking anyone for help.
Stephanie stared at Sebastian, shocked.
Macro looked at Sebastian with a pitiful expression. “That's just too harsh. You're really too harsh,” he said.
Sebastian raised an eyebrow. “Or maybe you should stay even longer.”
Macro, who had been complaining a second ago, shivered when he heard Sebastian's words.
