Chapter 1495
"Explanation?" Fiona chuckled softly, giving Christina a gentle nudge aside, her smirk growing. "Instead of trying
to blockfrom helping Allen, maybe Christina should focus on how she'll explain things to him when he wakes
up.”
With that, Fiona turned her attention back to Allen, her gaze icy and intense. She carefully placed the silver
needles one by one with expert precision.
As a few pained cries echoed in the room, Fiona finished the acupuncture session. She washed her hands,
knowing Allen would wake up in about half an hour, and then she could finally wrap up her day.
If it weren't for the overload of toxins in Allen's body, she'd have already wrapped up this whole show with the
other doctors and cozied up on the couch with her favorite video games.

With a sigh, Fiona glanced at the group. "You've just seen acupuncture in action. Maybe it's tfor you all to
dive deeper into learning it."
The doctors were still a bit dazed, trying to catch up with Fiona's whirlwind of swift actions. She had taken charge
and resolved the situation seamlessly.
"Uh..." one of them started.
"Let's give her sspace," the director chimed in, shooing them out. Fiona had already given them enough of
her ttoday.
As soon as they left, Fiona quickly jumped into a game, determined to cout on top this time.
And true to form, as the gkicked off, she expertly grabbed weapons, taking down opponents with precision,
thoroughly enjoying the rush.
Meanwhile, Christina sat on the couch, eyes glued to Fiona, lost in her own thoughts but not saying a word.
Right on schedule, half an hour later, Fiona walked over to Allen, removed the needles, and dropped them into a
metal box filled with disinfectant.
In no time, Allen began to stir. He stretched, feeling incredibly refreshed, except for the slight ache in his fingers
and toes. It was like waking up naturally from a deep, restorative sleep, his body buzzing with energy.
He realized he'd been in a deep sleep, blissfully free from nightmares or even background noise-an experience
he rarely had.
"You're awake," Fiona greeted him with a warm smile. "How are you feeling?"
"| feel amazing, like I'm fully recharged," Allen responded, his eyes lighting up with gratitude. It was the first time
he felt such an unexpected fondness for someone. With a grin, he added, "Does this mean no more nightmares?
"Well, | can't promise that," Fiona said with a chuckle. "Dreams are tricky, but your
sleep should definitely be better."
Fiona knew she couldn't control someone's dreams, after all.
"Just try to avoid eating or drinking before bed, and keep things light," Fiona advised before falling silent.
Christina then stood and walked
over to Alten. "I had the cook make schicken soup for you. Have swhen you get hand take mewh
it easy. I've already postponed all your plans for the week."
Allen nodded appreciatively, then turned to Fiona. "Ms. Fiona, could | get your contact info?"
"Why?" Fiona asked, her curiosity piqued.
