It was really spoiling his mood.
"It seems Eugene still likes Sylvia a lot. He's trying to win her back," Gia observed. "Should | call her over?"
"No need," the man said, lowering his gaze to his drink and refusing to look in Sylvia's direction again.
However, a few minutes later, when Gia looked up, she saw five or six men surrounding Sylvia, laughing and talking
animatedly, though she couldn't hear what they were saying.

Gabriel looked at the men around Sylvia, but this time, a slow smile spread across his lips. "No. Don't worry about it."

The men surrounding Sylvia were Sean, Bruce, and the others. Their numbers were enough to physically squeeze Eugene to the
side.
Eugene was about to protest when Sean, with one arm casually slung over Bruce's shoulder, grinned roguishly. "We're old friends of
Ms. Jarvis. Haven't seen her in ages. Would you mind giving us sspace to catch up, pal?"
His tone was polite, but his expression clearly said, *You're moving, whether you like it or not.*
It was that simple. That arrogant.
Eugene looked at Sylvia in surprise.
Sylvia gave him an apologetic look. "They are my friends. I'm sorry about this."
"It's fine, don't worry about it," Eugene said quickly.
Although these men were impeccably dressed in suits, they all carried a dangerous, predatory aura that ordinary people lacked.
Feeling a bit uneasy, Eugene said to Sylvia, "lI won't go far. Callif you need anything."
