Upon hearing his question, Adrian was instantly reminded of the chilling scene where he was thrown into a
frozen river, almost freezing to death. He promptly stopped talking.
Nathaniel spoke up again. “You're all adults, aren't you? The child may not be sensible, but why are you
behaving the sway? Who was at fault just now?”
Cecilia, sitting next to Nathaniel, had absolutely no idea that Nathaniel would actually stand up for Elliot.

Adrian and Miranda stood rooted to the spot, unable to utter a word.
At this point, Nicholas spoke up. “Adrian, Miranda, Felix really needs to change his ways. If outsiders find out,

The remark struck Miranda like a knife in her heart.
Miranda managed to keep an impassive expression, but inside, she wished nothing more than for the Rainsworth
