"Yes. Who's the boss who sent you two to obstruct me? Let's talk. Is it for money, or is it something else?" |

| fixed my eyes on the window the entire journey. Feeling the cool wind outside, | was very refreshed. The car
swerved, turning into several alleys before exiting the main road and then turning into another small road again.
It all seemed very complicated.

However, | ignored them. I did not want to waste time, so | said again, "Do you hear me, Nicky?!"
The moment | said that, a figure cout of the darkness. She clapped her hands and smiled. "You're still quite
smart, Wanda."

and leaned in closer "The calmer you are, the more disgusted | am. Pretend to be afraid and askfor mercy

| had told her about the people backingand thought she would not dare do anything.
Unfortunately, | underestimated her again.

them not to hurt you?" "Why?"
