"There is indeed something strange inside those coffins."

After perceiving them from afar for quite stime, Austin was amazed by his own finding.

Every coffin was densely enveloped by a mysterious law. It was difficult to pry into the contents of the coffin.

Even governing gods wouldn't have been able to see through them,

but Austin was no ordinary being. His spiritual sense was all too powerful.

He was stronger than the mighty Humphrey himself in this case.

Focused and determined, Austin aimed his spiritual sense at one of the coffins and tried to penetrate through the law.

It did take him stto thoroughly study the situation at hand.

In time, he managed to pry into the coffins.

Inside the dark coffin, he sensed the presence of a creature crouching motionlessly.

Austin's eyebrows knitted into a tight frown.

There was a wave of life energy coming from the coffin, vague but steady.

There indeed was a living creature inside.

Judging by the fluctuation of life energy from the creature, Austin figured that it was a member of the underworld.

As far as he knew, members of the underworld cultivated the infamous law of death.

Therefore, most of them looked lifeless, and was hence known as the walking dead.

But that was no more than myth. They were living creatures, very much like the rest of them.

‘This is most amusing! Is it possible that there is a member of the underworld lying in each of these coffins?

Are the people of the underworld actually hiding in these coffins to mislead the others about their existence?’

Austin wondered with a laugh.

As he had no tto waste, Austin quickly used his spiritual sense to perceive another coffin.

After slowly infiltrating through the dense mysterious law, he managed to sense what was inside.

It was just as he had expected!

Right in the middle of the coffin lay another motionless creature from the underworld. Austin's lips curled up in excitement.

'Aha!

Once he confirmed his guess, the situation turned interesting.

"Unbelievable! I'm going to yank you all out of those cozy coffins!"

Austin sneered.

He was not entirely fond of the underworld.

In the past, when he was in the three thousand big and small universes, Austin had been chased around many times by the people

of the underworld. He really had had enough of their ruthless fights and endless attacks.

And later, in the boundless Sea of Chaos, they continuously had confrontations; it had been exhausting! Now, he finally had the

chance to turn the table.

Revenge was best served cold.

Austin created a gigantic vital energy hand, which consisted of an invincible force. It towered over the black mountain, ready to

slam down on the huge terrain.

Tremendous power of the great cosmos force constantly surged from Austin's giant hand. The sound was deafening and the power

it exuded was simply majestic.

It would only take seconds for him to crush the black mountain.

But just as he was about to wreak havoc, something unexpected happened.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Several thick black chains flew out of the mountain one after another at lightning speed.

Austin could tell at a glance that each of the black chains was condensed with the law of death. He was facing a tough enemy this

time.

The numerous black chains interwove into a largeand tried to envelope his giant hand.

"Humph! Are you underestimating me? As if that cheap trick will work on me..."

Streaks of bright, thick sword light shot out from Austin's giant hand, brightening the sky above them.

Swoosh!

In the blink of an eye, the black magicalwas shattered to pieces. Austin's power was too overwhelming.

And then, a loud bang resounded!

Austin's hand landed on the black mountain with tremendous force.

The whole mountain shook violently, as if it was crying in pain.

The coffins becunstable and were ready to burst open any second.

Another loud noise shook the void.

Thick black smoke gushed out of the black mountain and turned into a black hand. It crashed against Austin's giant hand.

"Ha-ha! Now we are talking! This is indeed fun,

yet not enough to defeat me!"

Austin sneered as he swiftly withdrew his hand without warning.

Through the corner of his eye, Austin saw several coffin lids popping open at the stime.

Creepy dark figures slowly stepped out from them.

They were the governing gods of the underworld.

Nine of them stood in line, looking extremely powerful.

In fact, the underworld was known to be stronger than the demon race. But Austin was not bothered by their power or numbers.

"So, the people of the underworld have been hiding in coffins all along. Who would have thought? It's a wonderful idea."

Austin sneered sarcastically. His eyes were fixed on the figures on top of the mountain and his gaze emitted a murderous aura as

he fearlessly faced the governing gods of the underworld.

"Austin, you are not welchere,"

one of the governing gods of the underworld said gloomily. He stared down at Austin with a complicated look.

"Nonsense. The entire Sea of Chaos is my oyster. | go wherever | please, and leave whenever | wish. | don't need anyone's

permission to do anything here.

That includes the underworld,"

Austin replied calmly and indifferently.

His voice was not too loud, but his words were utterly clear. Taking into account his current strength, Austin no longer needed to

consider anyone's wishes or demands, and there was literally no one who could stop him from stepping anywhere he wanted to.

The governing gods of the underworld studied Austin from the top of the mountain. The black mountain towered into the depth of

the void, emitting a majestic amount of energy.

The black chains developed by the law of death fell down straight from the mountain and shook the ground.

They intended to show the authority of the underworld, intimidating its potential intruders.

Although this former super force had stayed in hiding for hundreds of years, its strength was still as profound as ever.

"Austin, | know that you are strong beyond comparison.

However, the underworld is not a place where you can do as you please.

Besides, there are no grudges between you and us.

Don't you understand that we both have a common enemy?

We want to bring down Humphrey as much as you do. Austin, you should spend more tthinking about how to deal with him

instead of trespassing on our territory.

We are fully willing to cooperate with you. You will have our support to get Humphrey,"

another governing god said solemnly. The rumbling words echoed in the depths of the void.

"Who told you that | don't hold a grudge against you, huh?

The grudge between us is not settled until | say so. | call the shots here.

And as for Humphrey, | don't think you are qualified to helpcatch him.

The underworld is not really all that you say it is. Even a couple more underworlds put together wouldn't do the trick. I'm afraid you

won't have any part in my fight against Humphrey,"

Austin said with an arrogant shrug, as if he was talking about a matter of course.

"You talk big, Austin!"

one governing god roared, flying into a rage as he was insulted by Austin's words.

"What? You don't believe me?

It's true. You are not a big deal,"

Austin smiled wickedly and dismissed the governing god with a wave of his hand.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Nine overwhelming figures soared into the sky from the black mountain.

Each of them emitted a strong aura of the law of death. It lowered the overall pressure in the void, making it hard for any being to

breath.

The nine governing gods of the underworld released the energy pressure at the level of a true governing god, causing the

surrounding void to rumble and shatter.

"Piece of cake!"

Austin snorted, not afraid at all of what was coming his way.

"Creatures from all worlds and universes, gods from the highest heaven and the deepest hell, and all the evil spirits and weeping

souls, thou all obey my orders!"

The nine governing gods began to chant an ancient spell.

The curse echoed eerily in the void, filling the tand space with a mysterious vibe. For a moment, titself stopped.

A terrifying force was descending slowly, yet determinedly, deep into the void.
