"Ha-ha!"

Austin burst into laughter.

"I didn't know Ronnie thinks so highly of me.

But still. Who does he think he is? He wantsto bow to him? That's ridiculous. He gives himself too much credit.

When you return, tell him that I'd consider taking him in only if he swears loyalty to me,"

Austin said arrogantly.

"Humph!

You have a death wish, Austin. No one can save you!"

the skinny old man from the Annihilation Mountain said, his face darkening.

"If you want to fight, get on with it. If not, get lost. Stop talking nonsense!"

Austin barked impatiently at the old man, taking a threatening step forward.

"Showwhat you've got. | want to see if you're bluffing."

Saying this, the old man stepped forward and made his move.

"You old bastard, I'm not afraid of you!"

Austin almost screeched as he dashed towards the old man, undaunted.

The last the had fought a semi-governing god from the Annihilation Mountain, it had ended in a draw.

Hence, Austin was no longer afraid of semi-governing gods.

Boom!

The battle that broke out seemed to shake the earth to its core.

These two were way too powerful. For a long tafter the impact, the void that spanned billions of miles around them, shook

vigorously and was filled with a number of runes of law.

Austin's body was covered in a layer of light made of sword aura. Each the made a move, he unleashed the dazzling sword

radiance.

He activated five skills at the stime: the Mind Sword Skill, the Secret Reincarnation Skill, the Introduction to Vital Energy

Circulation, the Flying Swordsmanship Skill, and the secret skill that belonged to the heaven metal race.

Each skill was brilliant and had infinite power.

The skinny old man from the Annihilation Mountain was also extremely powerful.

He released an overwhelming amount of black smoke that engulfed Austin.

This was the second tthat Austin was fighting a semi-governing god.

"AAAAAAH!"

Austin screamed, knowing that he was getting carried away. There was one thing in his mind: pull all stops to defeat the old man.

"Austin, try as you might, you will still be weaker than me. I'm going to finish you once and for all,"

the old man shouted.

"Don't talk big, old man. You will perish at my hands!"

Austin roared back.

His and the old man's eyes turned red as their fight intensified.

Endless sword aura spurted from Austin's body, causing him to look like a glowing hedgehog.

Silver crosses emerged from the old man's silver pupils, splitting the void and emitting silver lights that dazzled everyone.

In the course of the fierce battle, a silver cross pierced Austin's body, cutting him into four parts.

At almost the stime, the old man from the Annihilation Mountain exploded into flesh and bones that went up into the sky in

what was a gory fountain.

He had been simultaneously hit by the Mind Sword Skill, the Flying Swordsmanship Skill, and dozens of golden spears.

It looked like they both were launching fatal attacks, ready to perish together with each other.

But the old man's strike didn't cause a lot of damage to Austin.

Austin's body had been torn into four parts, and in an instant he regenerated and reappeared again.

Since the skinny old man from the Annihilation Mountain was a semi-governing god, he would not die like this.

His body returned to its original shape and he reappeared before Austin in a flash.

But he seemed to be worse off than Austin.

Austin possessed an amazing body that helped him recover, no matter how badly injured he was.

But the old man didn't have such a body.

And although he had regenerated almost instantly, he was still injured.

"Guys, what are you waiting for?

| can't take out Austin on my own!

But we can destroy him if we work together!"

the skinny old man of the Annihilation Mountain said coldly as he turned to look at the other semi-governing gods from the five

other super forces.

"Austin is too powerful. He will beca huge threat to us if we don't get rid of him,"

he continued, noticing the hesitation on their faces.

The five semi-governing gods exchanged looks with one another and nodded in unison.

"Okay. Let's do this!" one of them said.

"Austin, you can go to hell!"

An old, blue-skinned creature from the demon race roared before folding his hands together, intending to make his move.

A huge furnace rushed out of his body, releasing a billowing evil aura.

The mouth of this furnace was aimed at Austin. Rivers of law created by runes flowed out of it, coming at him with a force that

almost stunned him.

But Austin waved his hand and a huge sword materialized in the air before shooting towards the furnace.

A loud clang sounded

as the furnace collided with the huge sword, causing the void to break apart.

It was at this point that the semi-governing god of the underworld took action.

He summoned a white coffin and caused it to fly towards Austin.

Austin opened his mouth, and a sword appeared, blocking the coffin.

A fist-sized black palace popped up, emitting a strong corpse miasma and growing bigger in the wind.

It had soon occupied a large area in the void.

The gate of the black palace opened, and thousands of corpses of divine gods poured out, their eyeballs rolling in their sockets.

Austin was shocked to find that these corpses somehow seemed intelligent and sentient.

"Kill him!" a roar sounded.

The multitudes of the dead bodies bolted towards Austin.

"What's with these corpses?!

| can't believe that you people cup with a method to help the corpses regain intelligence! How...

How is this possible?"

the semi-governing god of the underworld exclaimed in shock as he watched the corpses make their way to Austin.

The people of the underworld had, for a long time, conducted experiments on the corpses, trying to help develop intelligence in

them.

All they had been able to do so far was help the dead bodies of weak cultivators regain intelligence.

They hadn't been able to help the corpses of the divine gods retain psychic intelligence.

"Just a bunch of corpses and you're showing them off! You're merely making a fool of yourself!" Austin said disdainfully.

He waved a hand, causing dozens of golden spears materializing and shooting towards the corpses.

Boom!

The dead bodies of the divine god exploded one after the other.

"Austin, try fighting my blade!"

The old creature with a golden horn from the beast race pulled out an oddly-shaped machete and brandished it at Austin from afar.

The blade emitted a brilliant radiance that swept across the sky.

Shadows of worlds with members of the beast race in them could be seen rising up from the machete, which soon becso

heavy; it seemed like it could trample upon a large area.

"Austin, you have done a lot of evil things to our Court. Today, | will settle scores with you."

Saying thus, the semi-governing god of the Court joined the fight.

In each of his hands was a crystal ball, emitting a thick white mist before condensing into two white dragons, which then roared

and rushed towards Austin.

The six semi-governing gods had launched attacks on Austin.

They had performed their best tricks.

Six semi-governing gods simultaneously attacking a young man was a shocking event that had never occurred in the Sea of Chaos

before.

"All right. Let's fight!" Austin shouted, smiling rather evilly.

He was not scared. Instead, his fighting spirit was soaring towards the skies.

He began to display all kinds of secret skills, bringing them out one after the other.

"We can't let this brat live!"

"Kill him!"

The six semi-governing gods looked determined and murderous as they pulled out all stops in fighting Austin. Each of their strikes

was lethal.

"We need to help Austin.

He might die if it goes on like this,"

the sky-devouring dog said to the other eleven animals through its spiritual sense.
