quickly got up.

She even tried to scratch Austin's face with her long fingernails.

Kate looked down on Austin and his family just because they were poor. This was enough reason for her to get back at them for

bullying her.

Controlling his mind, Austin unleashed a wisp of his vital energy.

Kate was thrown into the air and fell into the table when she got hit.

It created quite a mess as the tableware broke when they tumbled to the ground, and tea splashed all over the place.

"Ow! You have the nerve to hit me, huh? You're dead meat!" Kate yelled furiously as she struggled to get up.

When she got the chance, she took out her phone and dialed a series of numbers.

"Ford, | need your help. Sjackass just beat me,"

she grumbled, clutching the phone on her ear.

In his mind, Austin was sneering that he did not even worry about taking her phone.

"Seriously? | thought you were just poor. It turns out your son even lacks manners. How rude!"

Afra yelled at Austin's mother.

Austin's parents and his brother were all dumbfounded by what they had just witnessed. They thought Austin had already gone too

far when they saw him spill the tea on Kate, but catching sight of the ruckus they made confounded them.

However, they eventually found out that Afra and Kate were up to something.

When they heard what Kate said and noticed her indifferent attitude towards them, they realized what was really going on.

"Afra, tellthe truth. You brought Kate here because you tried to swindle our money, didn't you? All of this is just a setup!"

Austin's mother grilled Afra in a very displeased tone.

"Okay, fine—yes, that's right, and now | have nothing else to say to you,"

Afra admitted without any hint of remorse.

"This is going too far. | have been nice to you and even gave you over two thousand dollars in hopes that you can introduce a nice

girl to Chad.

| can't believe that you tried to trickinto giving you money!"

Austin's mother was shaking violently as she pointed her finger at Afra.

She didn't feel guilty at all, despite everything she had done.

But before she could hurl more insulting remarks, Austin slapped Afra across her face.

"That hurts! How dare you hit me, you little bastard?" Afra bellowed as she touched her face.

The next moment, she dashed forward in an attempt to strike Austin back.

As she was approaching, Austin swung his arm wide and slapped her again.

Extremely surprised, Austin's mother rushed to him and seized his hand from hitting Afra further.

It was well-known that Afra was famous for being unreasonable and difficult to handle, and that no one would win against her in

arguments.

Afra managed to get up with disheveled hair, looking like a beggar. Her knees were kind of wobbling as she held on to the nearby

table.

"You paupers, | will not spare you!" she yelled hysterically, pointing fingers at Austin and his family.

Before she could utter more words, Austin gave her another slap using the back of his hand.

She was blown into the air and hit her back against the wall.

"Fuck! I'm gonna call the police!" You just wait. | have connections at the police station and I'll be sure to throw you into prison. Be

ready to spend the rest of your life in jail!" Afra shouted in pure resentment at Austin.

To avoid being hit again, she kept her distance from Austin.

As soon as she finished speaking, the door was kicked wide open.

A group of people started breaking in.

The intruders looked vicious as though they were about to do something wicked.

The leader seemed to be the strong bald man. There was a noticeable scar on his left face, like a thick centipede crawling on it.

The moment Kate saw the bald man, she got excited and ran towards him. Putting on a pitiful expression, she held his hand and

leaned closer to him. "Thank goodness you're finally here, Ford!

It's that guy who hit me. Teach that bastard a tough lesson," Kate said.

Apparently, the two had an on-going affair.

"Bah! This guy? Who the hell are you, brat? How dare you lay your filthy hands on my woman!

In case you don't know, Peace County is my territory. Even the director of the public security bureau respectsand does not

Immediately, four young men with blond hair strutted towards Austin while snapping their fingers in a threatening manner.

Austin's parents and brother felt extremely frightened as they saw the development of the scene.

Never in their lives had they thought that they would be involved in such trouble.

Despite how scared they were, Austin's parents and brother managed to step forward and stand in front of Austin, trying to protect

him.

Austin was both surprised and touched by their actions that he didn't notice he already got teary-eyed.

Moments later, he composed himself and controlled his emotions. With a wave of his hand, he sent his parents and his brother to

the back to get them away from Ford's men.

"Since you want to break my arms and legs, maybe | shall do the sto you," Austin said with a straight face as he placed his

hands behind his back.

He slowly walked up to Ford, ignoring his men.

"You want to die so badly, huh?!"

The four henchmen raced towards Austin with murderous expressions on their faces.

But before they could even reach Austin, a powerful force suddenly blew them away.

The four guys with bright blond hair all lay on the ground, screaming in pain. It turned out that their arms and legs were all broken.

"What the hell! How did he do that?!"

The scene rattled everyone in the room.

"Ford, it seems like this brat knows skind of dark magic,"

one of Ford's men said in disbelief.

"What are you waiting for? Go! All of you! Beat him until he cannot walk!"

Ford howled in anger.

This time, all of his men darted towards Austin at the stime.

However, as soon as they began approaching him, they were all blown away, just like what happened earlier to the four men. They

fell hard on the ground with broken arms and legs.

In an instant, echoing screams of pain filled the room.

"It's your turn now. Catand let's see whose arms and legs would get broken,"

Austin jested as he slowly made his way towards Ford.

Ford was enraged at the sight of Austin taking all of his men down. Then, a cruel smile crept up his face. "Humph! | see you know

martial arts too.

In the past, | would turn around and immediately run away at the sight of people who knows martial arts.

But that's a thing in the past. I'm not afraid of the likes of you anymore!" he confidently declared.

Upon saying that, he clasped his hands and raised them high above his head.

He closed his eyes and stomped the ground continuously using his right foot.

At the stime, Austin heard that he was murmuring something.

"Don't tell me... Is that a Spirit-possessing Skill?"

Since he was born on Earth, Austin immediately recognized the technique that Ford was displaying.

The guests in the Luxury Restaurant, particularly those on the third floor, were starting to panic.

"Go to hell, brat!" Ford yelled.

As he raised his head, his eyes turned red. He stared at Austin as if a wild animal was hunting its prey.

‘What's going on? How could he conjure such a mysterious and powerful evil energy?

Moreover, this evil energy seemed to be very conscious.

It looks like the rumors regarding the Spirit-possessing Skill were true.

Austin stared back at Ford with a straight face.

Ford walked towards Austin with a sinister smile and bloodthirsty eyes.

He clenched his fists as loud sounds could be heard coming from inside his body. He looked very different from before, as he was

being drenched with great power.
