against her.”

Zada nodded. “Okay!”

The two whispered a few quick words to each other, then Zada grinned.

“I know exactly what to do.”

Zada went to campus and sat down with a book.

It didn’t take long before Sierra crunning over and sat next to her.

“You talked to Halsey last night, right?” she asked. “How's she doing?”

Sighing, Zada said, “She’s not doing well.”

Sierra's face lit up. She grabbed Zada’s hand. “Don’t worry. Halsey doesn’t just have you; she has me, too. I'll

always be there to help her.”

Zada looked at Sierra. “This whole thing with Halsey started because of you. When are you gonna go to the

media and clarify that nothing ever happened between you and Mr. Lane?”
