Leo could not believe Theodore’s words for a moment; however, he realized something when he connected all the dots.

‘My parent invented the Seal Resistance Serum; however, if it were manufactured in bulk and available in the market, it would make the Slave Maker’s talent to engrave the enslavement seals useless.’

At first, Leo believed Theodore’s master to be the Slave Marker; however, when he checked for the enslavement seals on Theodore and other city leaders, he didn’t find any seals on them.

That’s why he rejected his thought regarding Slave Marker being the master of the city leaders.

‘Who would have thought these b*stards would swear their allegiance to the Slave Marker willingly.’

Since these city leaders didn’t have any enslavement seals on them, Leo could tell they willingly became the Slave Marker’s servants.

“Where can I find him?”

Since the Slave Marker was the true mastermind, Leo obviously wanted to kill him.

“I only know that he lives in a Hidden city. I don’t even know its name; however, the city leaders who serve him call that city the ‘City of Slaves’ because that’s where all the enslaved people were created and supplied to all the cities.”

Theodore was still in the dream and mistaken Leo’s voice for Heaven’s voice and answered everything._.

Leo frowned because he had never heard of such a city name in his years of venturing in the wilderness.

“Give me some more information on how to find the ‘City of Slaves’.”

Leo asked Theodore for more information; however, the other party clearly didn’t do anything more than what he had said already.

‘Where should I find this ‘City of Slaves’?’

He felt he had enough information about the human world and all the cities in it; however, he only realised that there were still many things that he was oblivious to.

Even if Theodore was not the mastermind behind the death of his parents, Leo didn’t have any thought of sparing his life.

Gritting his teeth, Theodore shouted at Leo for asking him the same question repeatedly; however, he soon realized that he was not in the position to speak angrily.

Leo was not hoping for any new information from Theodore, and he just wanted to let Theodore for some more time before putting him out of his misery.

After a few moments of suffering and endless torments by the beauties in his head, Theodore seemed to remember something.

Before he could finish his words, Theodore could not endure the endless torment from the beauties anymore and stopped breathing.

Even though Leo was unable to assess Kaiser’s strength because of low strength back then, he could easily guess it would be around level 3 supreme rank.

‘But the thing is how that Slave Marker was able to get the acknowledgement of these city leaders without engraving his enslavement seals?’

Although Leo knew the Slaver Marker could turn a level 5 supreme-ranked hero into an enslaved person to follow him, he didn’t expect the Slave Marker to have such strength to get the acknowledgement of the mighty heroes like City leaders.

‘If he could enslave and get the acknowledgement from the supreme-ranked beings with a rank 9 hero strength, how powerful would he become if he became a supreme-ranked hero?’

Just the thought made Leo’s heart anxious, and he muttered, ‘I have to be careful and kill him as soon as possible.’

Since he found the true mastermind behind the death of his adoptive parents, Leo’s target changed, and he wanted to kill him as soon as possible because he didn’t want the Slave Marker to become more powerful than he already was.

‘I think I should soon pay a visit to the Everlasting City and fulfil my promise to turn the Everlasting City into Neverlasting City.’

Leo’s only clue to finding the ‘City of the Slaves’ was through Kaiser, the leader of the Everlasting City.

Therefore, he decided to visit the Everlasting City with his followers.
