Chapter 787: "Isn't this Mr. Nanny?" Tami said, eyeing Eileen critically. "Shopping on the clock? Do you even take your work seriously?" Before Eileen could respond, Tami turned to Jessica. "Miss Marshall, don't you think you should discipline her?" Jessica eyed the shopping bags and then approached Eileen. "Buying a suit for Mr. Dawson? You must know his size pretty well. Are you two close?" Eileen's mouth twitched at the absurd question, but she replied calmly, “Mr. Dawson needed a suit for an urgent matter. He askedto buy it for him." She tactfully sidestepped the other question.

Jessica scoffed. "You're attending the business banquet as well? To babysit?" Eileen responded firmly, "I accompany Mr. Dawson's daughter wherever she goes, and she'll go wherever Mr. Dawson goes." Before Jessica could interject, Eileen turned to Tami with a smile.
"I don't work under Miss Marshall, and she doesn't oversee my duties. If my actions bother you, perhaps you should discuss them with Mr. Dawson. Do you needto take you to him?" Tami's eyes widened in shock. "How can you speak in front of Miss Marshall like that?” Jessica and Tami had believed Eileen would be relegated back to the executive department after Bryan's departure. Eileen's audacious behavior now seemed foolish. Yet, Eileen knew that Bryan would take her with him when he left the company.

Unperturbed by their stunned expressions, Eileen proceeded straight to Bryan's office, carrying Gabriela in her arms. She was relieved to finally set Gabriela down on Bryan's desk, where the little girl clambered enthusiastically into her father's waiting arms.

He then began gently massaging her tired arms and said, “It's tough taking care of Gabriela on your own, isn't it? I've suggested hiring a nanny before. Have you given it any thought?" Eileen quickly shook her head. "I'd rather not fuel the office gossip. Everyone already thinks I have too much leisure time, only taking care of Gabriela."
If Conroy sensed anything unusual, it would only complicate things further. Meanwhile, as Bryax gently om massaged Eileen's arms, Gabriela, perched comfortably on his lap, playfully mimicked his actions on Eileen's arms.
Sitting snugly against Bryan, using him like a comfy chair Gabrielam looked at Eileen with a smile while massaging her.
"Daddy, look," she said, directing Bryan's hands to where she had just patted Eileen, as if instructing him in the art of massage. With a giggle, Gabriela cheekily added, "Mommy boughta dress!"
