Sebastian's brow furrowed slightly, showing his hesitation.

Madelyn, sensing his reluctance, playfully clung to his arm. “Please, Sebastian. What if | end up drinking too

much? Christopher will be there too, and you wouldn't want anything happening...

“Fine,” Sebastian cut her off sharply at the mention of Christopher's name, his displeasure evident.

Just then, Wesley called, his usual exuberance on full display from the other end of the line. “Hey, buddy, how

about we grab sdrinks tonight?”

Sebastian considered for a moment before responding with a noncommittal grunt of agreement.
