Rebern Omega: Avenge Herself Like an Alpha
Cha Beneath the Moonlight
Aubrey’s POV
Late at night, lying alone in my rented apartment, | got a call from Jimmy.
Finished
He reported every detail of Aurelia’s plan to me. Ever since he found out | was Alpha Henry’s
fiancée, he no longer dared to defy me.
When he finished, | let out a cold laugh. Looks like Bailey hadn’t suffered enough today-she still had
the energy to rally people to their house tomorrow. Tch. Not bad for a beta-class werewolf. They
really do recover faster. Unlike thefrom my past life-back then, every whip coated in wolfsbane
leftwrithing in agony for three days, my wolf suppressed and my strength crushed.
“How much did they pay you?” | asked, voice like ice.
“Two... two million,” Jimmy answered, hesitant.
“All of it. Transfer it to my account. Now.” | hung up right after. Moments later, a notification popped
up: two million received.
“To destroy me, they really went all in,” | muttered with a smirk as | set my phone down. Fine. If
they were so eager to put on a show, I'd play along.
“] just want to rip their throats out! Damn it!” Deep within me, my wolf, Ella, growled furiously,
claws raking through the spiritual plane, radiating bloodthirsty hunger.
“Patience.” | murmured, though my voice was just as cold. “Tearing them apart would be too easy. |
want them alive-conscious. | want them to feel everything slipping away, one piece at a time, until
they fall into the abyss they dug for me. And we’re not done yet... we still need to find the one

| rose and walked to the window. Outside, the moon spilled its pale light like liquid silver, casting a soft veil over
the silent street. My gaze drifted absently toward the open space below.
Then my pupils contracted sharply.
That silhouette-tall, commanding, brimming with pressure even through the night and distance... Alpha Henry?!
Why was he-why would he be outside my apartment building at this hour? Like ssilent statue?
My heart skipped a beat. Instinctively, | rushed to the window, palms pressed against the cold glass, straining to
see-
But the figure was gone.
The street below was empty. Only the wind whispered through the leaves of the trees, rustling like laughter at
my foolishness.
| couldn’t help but curl my lips in self-mockery.
What was | thinking? Henry? That cold, arrogant Alpha perched at the peak of power and dominance? Why would
someone like him-someone like that-stand outside a building in the middle of the night, staring up at an Omega
who had already rejected him? Lovesick? That kind of cheap fantasy didn’t suit a man with a presence steeped in
steel and authority.

Chapter 63 Beneath the Moonlight
Must’ve been the moonlight playing tricks on my eyes.
Henry’s POV

“Oh, look at you. Hiding in the bushes like speeping creep,” my wolf, Callen, said with a laugh that was
anything but kind.
“Shut up,” | muttered, crouched awkwardly behind the thick holly bushes beside her apartment building. “I was
just making a patrol around the pack and happened to pass by.”
“Really, now? Then why, dear Alpha, are you hiding?” Callen pressed, the sarcasm practically dripping. “If it’s
just a patrol, shouldn't you be standing proud and tall like the great leader you are? Or... are you afraid she'll see
you?”
“I...” 1 had no retort.
Damn it. He hit the mark. | didn’t even know why I'd chere.
Aubrey. That woman. She had rejected me-bluntly and with no room for misunderstanding. An Alpha, a pack
leader, should've erased her from memory on the spot. Like brushing off a speck of dust.
But reality was different. I'd spent the entire day in my office, unable to focus on anything. Fury
swirled in my chest, striking out at everyone in sight. Nothing soothed me.
On my way out of the office, | overheard syoung she-wolves whispering excitedly-
“Did you hear? Officer Charles has a new girlfriend! An Omega! They say she’s stunning! Someone
saw them shopping together just a few days ago!”
A beautiful Omega? I scoffed internally. Could she possibly outshine the fire and frost in Aubrey’s
star- bright, defiant eyes?
I wandered the pack grounds in frustration, and before | realized it, | was standing in front of her
apartment building.
Then something strange happened.
Staring up at the window where she lived, the storm in my chest finally calmed. It felt like a lone
wolf-lost for so long-had suddenly found its home.
Damn it. I finally understood.
I was done for. Completely, utterly done for.
I didn’t want her to be my so-called “little sister.”
I wanted her by my side-as my Luna. As my only mate. To share my strength, my burdens, my
honor... until death took us, and our souls returned to the Moon Goddess.
