Chapter 478 Don't Touch Her
When Reina went out for a walk in the morning, there was a bag of breakfast hanging on the door as usual.
She did not care about it when she went out, but when she came back, she took the breakfast down and brought it
home.
Jaylon went upstairs to collect the breakfast like before, only to find that the bag hanging on the door had
disappeared.
He was slightly stunned. At noon, he prepared a meal specially made for a pregnant woman, and waited at the
corner of the elevator.
Seeing Reina take down the food hanging on the door and bring it in, Jaylon believed what Anaya had said last night.
Reina's attitude had indeed begun to soften.
Jaylon was in a much better mood.
He turned around and was about to leave when he saw a boy staring straight at him.
It was the boy who ran into the taxi last night.
Seeing him, Jaylon became gloomy instantly.
This boy almost bumped into Reina yesterday. Although Reina was fine in
the end, Jaylon still disliked this boy.
Before Jaylon could say something to educate the boy about what
happened last night, the boy spoke first, "Sir, are you a stalker?"
Jaylon was stunned.
The boy continued, "I have been seeing you in the community recently, but you are not one of us.
"And you are always wandering around this house."
"Do I look like a stalker?" Jaylon's cold face darkened.
The boy nodded without hesitation. "You are a stalker."
"If you are so sure, why didn't you call the police to arrest me?" Jaylon asked with gloomy eyes.
"I have already called the police," the boy replied.
Jaylon was speechless.
Reina had just finished eating when she heard a noise outside.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtShe pushed open the door and walked out. Then she saw two policemen lying on the ground, while Jaylon was
standing beside them.
"What happened?" Reina walked over.
The boy had his back against the wall, feeling scared.
Seeing Reina come over, he immediately hid behind her. "He hit the police! Run, I'll be behind you!"
Reina said, "You asked me to run, but why are you pushing me forward?"
The boy responded, "Sorry, it's subconscious behavior.
"This man is really fierce. Come in with me..."
He grabbed Reina's hand and was about to run into the house when his hand was pushed away by Jaylon.
He staggered a few steps from Jaylon's push and almost fell to the ground.
"Don't touch her!"
Jaylon's cold voice sounded. The boy trembled and did not dare to reply. Reina broke free of Jaylon's hand and said
with a cold face, "Don't touch me."
Jaylon, who had been full of hostility just now, instantly fell silent. He lowered his head and said in a low voice,
"Sorry."
He looked like someone who had been wronged.
The boy was a little surprised. A policeman who had fallen to the ground got up, saying, "Do you know each other?"
Reina nodded.
Then, Reina was brought to the police station with Jaylon.
If Reina weren't there, Jaylon would not have gone to the police station
obediently.
This matter was just a mistake, but Jaylon attacked the police, which was a
big problem.
Before being released, Jaylon was educated by a policewoman for a long
time, and Reina was also mentioned by her.
"Madam, I advise you not to live with such a husband. He attacked the
police this time, and he might apply physical abuse to you. You better think
carefully about your marriage..."
As soon as she finished, Jaylon, who had been quietly listening to her preaching just now, suddenly looked at her
with sharp eyes.
The policewoman was frightened by Jaylon's gaze and stopped talking.
Not long after, Trenton brought people over to pick Jaylon up.
The boy looked at the men Trenton brought with him and then looked at
Jaylon. His eyes immediately lit up. "Sir, are you a gangster? That's so cool!
Can I join you?"
Jaylon glanced at him with a poker face.
What a childish boy.
The boy added, "Sir! I want to be a member of them!"
Just as he finished speaking, someone slapped him on the head.
"Brat, didn't you go to pay for the damages? Why did you enter the police
station?"
The boy turned around and saw Osvaldo, his brother. He said unhappily, "Osvaldo, I've told you many times not to
touch men's heads."
"Is this the main point?" Osvaldo patted him again.
Reina was standing next to Jaylon. At a glance, she saw Osvaldo. "You are
his brother?"
Osvaldo also noticed Reina. He tried his best to search Reina's face in his brain before remembering that he had
helped her before.
"Did he crash the taxi you took yesterday?"
Reina nodded, then Osvaldo said, "I'm so sorry. He is used to being
reckless. I will compensate you for the money.
"If you feel that it's not enough to vent your anger, you can bring him back to
teach him a lesson."
Brent Whitney was somewhat dissatisfied with Osvaldo's words, but he
knew that he had done something wrong, so he did not say anything.
"It's fine, and it's all in the past," Reina waved her hand and said.
"Do you have time tonight? I'll treat you to a meal and thank you for helping
me last time."
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmOsvaldo said, "I'd like to, but I still have something to do in the volunteer
alliance today."
Hearing this, Reina did not insist. She chatted with him for a while and then
left the police station.
This place was not far from her house, so she planned to walk back.
Jaylon silently followed behind her all the way. Reina glanced at him and
said, "Aren't you going back to work?"
Jaylon stopped and said in a deep voice, "I helped you many times before."
"And then?" Reina was confused.
Jaylon hesitated and turned his head, asking stiffly, "Why don't you treat me
to a meal?"
Reina said coldly, "Because Osvaldo didn't force me to be a mistress."
Jaylon was too embarrassed to utter a word.
Everything he had done during this period was just to make up for the
mistakes he had committed in the past. Reina did not need to treat him to
a meal to thank him.
Both of them kept quiet for a few seconds, and Jaylon said in a low voice,
"I'm going back to work. Please be careful on your way."
After that, he was about to turn around.
Reina suddenly asked, "Do you have time after work today?"
Jaylon stared at her with a glimmer of hope in his heart. "Yes."
Reina said, "I will prepare a meal for two people tonight."
"And then?"
Reina did not answer and turned to leave.
Although she did not say it explicitly, Jaylon understood what she meant
and smiled.
After getting off work in the afternoon, he immediately packed up his things
and went to Reina's house.
Passing by the supermarket, he bought a bunch of fake flowers.
Reina was allergic to powder, so he could not send her real flowers. But it was also good to buy some fake flowers
to decorate the house. When Jaylon arrived at Reina's door, he tidied up his clothes and pressed the doorbell.
