“Due to Ms. Liliana’s injuries, she has authorizedas her legal representative to handle this case on her

behalf,” the lawyer declared confidently.

Olivia glanced at the self-assured lawyer.

It wasn’t possible to involve the police and bring her to the station without sevidence. However, she

distinctly remembered avoiding all visible cameras when entering Starlit Entertainment.

Could there have been hidden cameras?

Even so, Olivia remained unfazed. She looked at the smug lawyer and the stern police officer with an air of

calm.

Ignoring the lawyer, she turned to the officer with an innocent expression.

“Officer, he’s saying | attacked Ms. Liliana. Shouldn't there be evidence to prove it?”

The officer turned to the lawyer.

The lawyer promptly played a video he had already shown the police.

As the video began, it showed a young woman with a face identical to Olivia's sneaking into the Starlit

Entertainment building.

“This is the footage of the suspect, Olivia, entering Starlit Entertainment that day,” the lawyer explained. “She

entered around 10 a.m., stayed for about an hour, and left shortly after. During this time, my client, Ms. Liliana,

was attacked.”

The lawyer then played another clip showing Olivia leaving the building and immediately hailing a taxi.

Watching the lawyer's confident demeanor, Olivia almost laughed out loud.

So, this is Liliana’s trump card? Really? This? How much did these low-budget effects cost?

“In addition to the video, many employees at Starlit Entertainment reported seeing Olivia inside the building that

day,” the lawyer continued.

Olivia's lips curved into a subtle smirk. “Many people saw me?”

The lawyer nodded.

“Ms. Carter, it's in your best interest to cooperate. Besides, you reportedly bragged about your identity while

attacking my client, even tying her up in a sack.”

Olivia glanced at the lawyer and the officer.

“Officer, if it were really me, why would | brag about my identity after already tying her up in a sack?”

The officer hesitated. That... actually makes sense.

The lawyer also faltered.

“If I wasn’t afraid of her knowing it was me, why would | bother with a sack in the first place? Isn't that

redundant?”

The lawyer wanted to retort but couldn't find a logical response. True, no rational person would do that.

Olivia capitalized on the momentum.

“So, this so-called evidence is flawed. Everyone knows my production, “Legacy of the Dynasty“, and Liliana’s

“Tears of Rivers” are competitors. It's no secret we don’t get along. If someone wanted to attack Ms. Liliana while

framingto divert suspicion, isn’t that entirely plausible?”

Both the lawyer and the officer were momentarily stunned.

Olivia continued, “Use your brain. Would-I-really-do something as reckless as attacking her and announcing it

was me?”

Of course, | would, because that’s exactly how I roll.

The lawyer opened his mouth but couldn't refute her point. Despite being Liliana’s legal representative, he

begrudgingly admitted that Olivia's argument made sense.
