Chapter 775
Zachary let out a cold laugh. "We're openly going against Wilson Corporation, so to fight us, they had to find new
allies. The Spencer family—I think | know exactly who she contacted."
From the Spencer family, it could only be Leon Spencer.
Zachary's face darkened. "Are all our people still watching her?"
"Don't worry, boss. Every single one is still there. Ever since you got back, Ms. Sanders has had round-the-clock
protection. There won't be any more mistakes," Steven said seriously.
"Sfor Mia."
He wouldn't let Vivian pull anything right under his nose again. Since they'd already decided to go to war, they
needed to be ready for everything.
"What about Reynolds Corporation?"
The whole mess with destroying that partnership had already ticked off sof the shareholders.
Now with this ongoing fight with Wilson Corporation, those shareholders were itching to cause trouble.
Steven's voice turned dangerous. "Boss, those shareholders are bound to complain, but they're just wannabes-all
they care about is money."

"You got it, boss," Steven grinned.
Zachary stared out the window. Night was falling, and the flashing neon lights outside made him feel uneasy.
Late October was still chilly, with Halloween just around the corner.
Even though celebrating Halloween wasn't originally an Adams tradition, the students were excited about it.
Students were throwing parties and events at the campus.
Sarah had been stuck in her office all day. As closing trolled around, she rolled her shoulders, set aside her
unfinished paperwork, and decided to step outside for sair.
The moment she opened her door, she froze. The campus was crawling with "ghosts and goblins," and she
couldn't help gulping.
"Professor Sanders!" ca creepy voice from somewhere nearby.
Sarah had been lost in thought and jumped. Thank God for her nerves of steel, or she would've totally
embarrassed herself.
"You... who are you?" After catching her breath, she turned to see someone in a demon costwith horns and
a twisted face.
Sarah gave an awkward smile, completely unable to figure out which student this
was.
"See? | told you my costwas so good that even Professor Sanders couldn't recognize me," the demon said
smugly to someone behind him.
That's when Sarah noticed a short kid dressed as a "faceless ghost" lurking nearby.
After finally shaking off the troublemaking students, Sarah rushed back to her office, slammed the door, and
leaned against it with relief.
She checked her watch and decided to call it a day early.
Who knew what other pranks those kids had planned? She wasn't in the mood to deal with it-tto make her
escape.
She quickly cleaned up her desk and snuck toward a back path off campus.
The weather was cold and evening was setting in.
Usually at this hour, most students would be in study rooms or the library, keeping campus pretty quiet.
But tonight was pure chaos, with kids laughing and screaming from every corner. Caught up in the students’
energy, Sarah glanced up at the academic building. The next second, she looked away and shivered.
With all the spooky lighting, every classroom looked downright creepy.
Sarah thought she was being sneaky, but halfway to the exit, a group of students still managed to corner her.
She threw up her hands in defeat. "I've got an emergency at home. You guys have fun-I really need to get
going."
These students were all girls, and they had serious skills when it cto not taking no for an answer.
