The smile on Nadine's face was like a jab to Brad's heart. Without a second thought, he rushed into the coffee shop, heading straight for her table.
Sebastian was momentarily taken aback by the man's sudden appearance. However, he hastily regained his composure and began to study the man standing next to Nadine.

He hadn't said a single word. All he did was stare at Nadine quietly. Yet, there was something about his gaze that set off alarm bells for Sebastian. It was clear that the relationship between this man and Nadine was far from simple.
Nadine's smile vanished as soon as she saw Brad. Rising from her seat, she told Sebastian, who was sitting across from her, "I'm sorry, Mr. Caldwell, but something urgent has cup. I'm afraid I have to cut this short. Can we reschedule?" Sebastian gave Brad a meaningful look and smiled. "It's alright. Mr. Hamilton Senior did askto show you a good twhile you're here. Since I haven't had the pleasure yet, why don't I show you around? Think ofas your free tour guide!" In truth, Sebastian had heard plenty about Brad from his father. He knew that this man was incredibly intelligent but also had a terrible temper. He was arrogant and looked down on others.
Due to his heart condition, he spent most of his youth at Hamilton Estate and had very little contact with the outside world. But after recovering from his illness, he took over Hamilton Group and quickly turned the business into a force to be reckoned with. Thus, he established himself as a formidable businessman.
Presently, when a strikingly handsman with an imposing presence appeared beside Nadine with such an obvious possessive gaze, Sebastian instantly recognized him. This had to be the ungrateful grandson Adam had mentioned.
Even without looking at Brad, Nadine could feel the weight of his gaze pressing down on her At this point, she had lost all interest in sticking around. All she wanted was to get out of there and away from Brad.

I'll contact you again once I've sorted everything out, okay?" Sebastian stood up and smiled at Nadine. "Of course. Please don't hesitate to call onwhenever you need." He paused before adding, "Oh right, here's my business card. My personal number is on it. If you need anything while you're in Chillnada, don't hesitate to call me." He handed her the card with both hands.
Nadine accepted the card with both hands, tucked it into her purse, put on her coat, and smiled as she said, "Goodbye." She then headed for the café's door.
As soon as she left, Brad's expression hardened. He glared at Sebastian as though he was his enemy. "Stay away from her! She's my wife and not someone you should be thinking about!" As a man, Brad could read other
men far better than Nadine ever could. Even though Sebastian had been subtle, he still noticed the glimmer in his eyes it was the telltale sign of a man falling for a woman. sŵ

Sebastian shrugged nonchalantly, picked up his coat from the couch, and put it on slowly. As he buttoned it up, he told Brad, who was clearly on edge, "I wouldn't be so sure about that Mr Hamilton Senior toldthat she doesn't like you anymore and is dead set on getting a divorce."
