Picking Up Beautiful Girls In The Post-Apocalyptic World!

Gregory searched across the entire floor and he made sure that the man was nowhere to be found before he went back to the restaurant and told Han that the man was gone. Once Han heard this, he immediately started to move out of the room. Han was too relaxed. How could he forget that he wasn’t in a peaceful era? This is a period of war and he just broke one of the only rules on the upper floors.

Well, it wasn’t like Han didn’t expect something like this to happen. Ever since he tortured Ratte, he always knew that it was only a matter of time before the remaining kings would try to get him for breaking the contract. Han had to go back down but he was also a little worried about the girls.

“Han, you’re wasting time here. Go and finish this. Don’t worry about us, we’ll be fine. We won’t end up in any kind of trouble when you’re not here.”

Rin said this to Han seriously as she saw the conflicted emotions on his face. She knew that he wouldn’t want to leave right now because of them but they can’t hold him back from doing what he has to do! As long as they have Hans shadow Hunters with them, they will always be able to talk to him and he can come to them anytime he wants. They would be fine!

Han nodded as he saw the sense in what Rin said. Han decided that he would leave some white stars down on this lower floor to protect the girls. Han has more than a million soldiers in his army so a few of them wouldn’t make much difference.

Although, if a black star attacks the restaurant, then a hundred white stars will not even be a challenge at all. The most they would be able to do is hold them back for some time until Han comes back. But that would be enough! Han can arrive at a moment’s notice, so he would just need them to hold the black star back for a second.

Once Han finished with that he kissed Rin and made her promise to look after herself and the baby no matter what. Once she nodded he told the girls goodbye quickly as he fell into his shadow with Gregory and moved quickly to the upper floors.

But Han didn’t know that his actions down on these lower floors has already set many extraordinary people into motion. People that Han did not want any attention from yet were now interested in him and they were going to do anything to get to him.

On floor ninety, a large beast-like man smiled viciously when the messenger that he sent to the first floor told him that Han was on his way back. This man was known as the battle maniac, the fourth King, Esteroth. He felt his body vibrating with anticipation as he waited eagerly. In truth, he didn’t care about the treaty at all, not even a little! The only thing he wanted was to fight Han Luo and this is the perfect opportunity to get one!

Han was lucky that he finally broke the treaty of the kings, if Han didn’t break that treaty then the fourth King would have just found any reason to finally fight him! Esteroth has been waiting for Han to make a mistake like this and he finally gets a chance to meet the king of Kings. Let us see whether his skin can stop my blade. Or will he die just like everyone else!? The laugh of the fourth king echoed across the entire floor as a mad beast waited for Han!

In the celestial plane, an immortal celestial walked into the office where Yggrain was working. As he walked, Celestials were staring at him in awe as he strode forward regally. This was the highest-ranking scientist in the Celestial plane. The man in charge of all the inventions and innovations happening up here.

He came here after he got the message that one of his pupils was killed by a mere mortal. He has been in a meeting with the creator for some time and getting a message like this was a shock to him when he came back. It was shameful for his pupil to die like this! It was unacceptable to die to just any mortal! But when the man looked deeper into it, he realized that this mortal is not ordinary at all!! No, no, he is not ordinary at all if he can kill my student so easily!! To think that my student will be killed using the system we designed! It has to be the king of binaries. There is no one else that can kill my student other than him!

The man’s name was Paladin and he was the one in charge of all technological advancement in the celestial plane. He is also the teacher of the scientist that Han killed before.

Once Yggrain saw Paladin he immediately stiffened and straightened into a salute. He had no idea that Paladin was already back from his meeting with the creator! This is bad, Paladin is not the sort of person that Yggrain wants to get involved in this case. Paladin’s methods are always extreme and the creator already put up an order that no one is to touch Han Luo!

Paladin ignored the man and stared at the screen behind Yggrain. He only saw a picture there. The picture showed Han standing on a hill and holding Ratte by the neck. Interesting. So this is the Han Luo that everyone has been talking about! The man that is chosen by the system of the former binary king! Now I see why my student was so interested in him! Just looking at him, I know that he is one of a kind!

Don’t worry, stupid student. I’ll make sure that I carry out all the experiments that you wanted to perform in remembrance of you. Paladin’s mouth twisted into a mad smirk as he decided that he also wanted Han Luo. And he always gets what he wants.

“This, Han Luo, summon him to the Celestial plane. I want him,”

Paladin said this to Yggrain and he rose a brow when he didn’t see Yggrain moving. Did he not hear me?

“Yggrain. Don’t make me repeat myself,”

“Sir, the creator already put up an order that no one is to touch Han Luo”

What? The creator did that? Why? I’ve never heard him speak of Han Luo before and this is the first time that he is protecting any chosen from all the Celestials. Don’t tell me the creator is also interested in him. Paladin sighed. This could be a problem. If the creator doesn’t want anyone touching Han Luo then none can touch him!

But, maybe there is an alternative.

“Yggrain, tell me. Does this man have any relationships?”

Yggrain rose a brow in curiosity.

“Relationships?”

“Yes, relationships. Like, let’s say, a child, perhaps?”

Paladin smiled cruelly and Yggrain felt a shiver go down his spine! This is exactly what he was talking about! Paladin is always too extreme!!

On floor eighty, a beautiful woman sat on her knees as she waited in front of the portal leading to her floor. She had pointy ears and fair skin that would make any man stare in awe if they saw her. She was the sixth king and the ruler of floor eighty. Behind her stood a dark-skinned elf that has a spear in her right hand and behind them both was an army of elves. They were waiting for the arrival of Han Luo and they knew that he wouldn’t waste any time before he arrives here. He has been going after all the kings in the temple and it was only a matter of time before he comes here too.

And so they all knelt and waited for the king of kings.

They all waited for Han Luo.
