Zhan Chen lied in his bed leisurely as he waited for the sun to rise. He was feeling refreshed after his breakthrough. So, there was no need for actual sleep.

Sun eventually came out from the shadow of the distance mountain. Zhan Chen came out from his bed and walked towards the door of his room.

Before he could open his door, he felt something and turned his eyes towards the distant sky.

"A Martial ascension realm expert!", Zhan Chen murmured to himself after spreading his soul consciousness to the surrounding. He felt curious and kept an eye on the expert who was flying towards his family estate.

The Martial ascension realm expert stopped after reaching the boundary of Zhan estate. He walked towards the Zhan family guards who were guarding the gate of Zhan family.

"Senior, are you here to visit the Zhan family?", one of the Zhan family guard asked the Martial ascension realm expert.

Other Zhan family guards also had a respectful look in their eyes as they looked towards the expert who had just descended from the sky.

The leader of the Zhan family guards was an old soldier of the Red cloud kingdom. His expression changed after he saw the face of the Martial ascension realm expert.

"Greetings, my king. Pardon this old soldier for not recognising you earlier", the Zhan family guard leader spoke after kneeling with one knee.

Surprised look appeared in the eyes of other Zhan family guards after they heard the words of their leader. Their gaze became more respectful towards the expert who was standing infront of them.

"Stand up", there is no need to kneel", the Martial ascension realm expert looked towards the kneeling guard leader.

The guard leader stood up and looked towards the old king of Red cloud kingdom. The old king was looking aged but his eyes were still sharp like before.

"My king, are you here to visit the Zhan family?", the guard leader asked.

"Yes, I am here to visit sister Yue", the old king of Red cloud kingdom replied.

"Madam!", the leader of Zhan family guards felt surprised after hearing the reply of the old king.

"What is the problem? Is there any issue in meeting her?", the old king looked towards the leader of the Zhan family guards.

"No my king, there is no problem. Madam will be happy to see you after such a long period", the leader of the Zhan family guards replied hurriedly.

The old king of Red cloud kingdom nodded his head and strode towards the stairs. The leader of the Zhan family guards followed after him hurriedly as both of them walked towards the central area of Zhan family estate.

"Royal family! what is their motive in visiting grandmother?", Zhan Chen thought to himself.

"Forget it, I should go and visit eldest uncle", Zhan Chen thought to himself.

He opened the door of his room and walked out.

"Young master", excited voice of little Tao came to his ears after he opened the door. Zhan Chen looked forward and saw little Tao standing inforont of his room.

"Little girl", Zhan Chen chuckled after seeing the look on the face of little Tao. 

Little Tao was looking very cute today. She had tied her hair with two buns over her head. She was looking very lovely with the two bubbly buns over her head.

"Young master, when did you come yesterday? I have not seen you untill late night", little Tao looked towards Zhan Chen.

Zhan Chen went over and caressed her two lovely buns. Little Tao blushed but a sweet feeling rose in her heart.

"You don't have to worry about it. I have returned just two hours ago", Zhan Chen smiled towards little Tao.

"Now accompany me to the place of eldest uncle. I have some important matter to discuss with him", Zhan Chen spoke.

Little Tao nodded her head and left with Zhan Chen towards the place of Zhan Huan, the eldest master of Zhan family estate.

Zhan Huan was sitting in his courtyard with the eldest aunt of Zhan Chen. Both of them smiled after seeing Zhan Chen coming towards them with little Tao.

"Little Chen", the eldest aunt of Zhan Chen called out.

Zhan Chen smiled towards both of his eldest aunt and uncle. "Greetings uncle, greetings eldest aunt", Zhan Chen greeted the couple.

"Come, sit here", Zhan Huan pointed towards the nearby chairs. Zhan Chen nodded his head and joined the couple.

"Little Tao, no need to stand there in distance. Come over and sit with us", Jie Ranqing, the eldest aunt of Zhan Chen looked towards little Tao.

Little Tao threw a look at Zhan Huan. Zhan Huan gave her an amiable smile after seeing the conflict in her eyes. Little Tao felt assured and came over. Zhan Chen pointed towards a chair near him and little Tao sat down.

"Little Chen, you are rather busy in these days. You have not visited us even once", Zhan Huan teased Zhan Chen.

"Uncle, you have just returned one day ago. I think it will not be good if I disturb you guys", Zhan Chen looked towards his eldest uncle and aunt.

Jie Ranqing blushed after hearing the words of Zhan Chen. Her face reddened as she recalled how intese the yesterday was.

But she quickly controlled herself and glared at Zhan Chen with mock anger on her face. Zhan Chen chuckled after seeing his eldest aunt's expression.

Zhan Huan chuckled as he noticed the exchange between his nephew and wife. "Little Chen, your tongue is getting more glib. Looks like you are training your skill to getting more girls", Zhan Huan spoke.

Their idle conversation went on for few minutes. Zhan Huan's expression became serious after Zhan Chen spoke him about the deal with Xu family.

A surprised expression appeareared on his face after he heard the idea of Xu Wenhong. "This fatty is a genius", Zhan Huan muttered after listening the description of Zhan Chen.

Zhan Chen also nodded his head as he had recognised the astonishing talent of fatty in doing business. "His idea is not bad but we need to discuss the details with him", Zhan Chen's eldest aunt spoke from the side. There was an excited expression on her face as she was thinking about implementing the idea of Xu Wenhong for Zhan family.

"Then we will leave the discussion part to you. I will organise the soldiers required", Zhan Huan spoke to his wife.

Jie Ranqing nodded her head as she had an interest in business related works. All the treasure and resources of Zhan family was overseen by her. So, she found the idea of Xu Wenhong interesting as soon as she heard about it from Zhan Chen.

"Uncle, what is the deal with royal family? I am planning to deal with them but I thought it will be good if I discuss it with you", Zhan Chen looked towards his uncle.

Zhan Huan looked towards Zhan Chen with a surprised look on his face. "What are you planning to do with the royal family?", he looked towards Zhan Chen. Jie Ranqing also looked towards Zhan Chen with a serious look on her face.

"After all the thing they have done, it is unlikely that father, second uncle and you will fight for the royal family again", Zhan Chen spoke.

Zhan Huan nodded his head after hearing Zhan Chen's words.

"You are right. I am planning to visit the royal family and infrom them about the decision of our brothers. They didn't do anything even when our Zhan family people were getting killed. To make matter worst, they are even cutting the weapon supplies for our army. I don't care what is the problem of current king with our family but it is enough. I can't do anymore injustice to our brothers", Zhan Huan spoke. 

There was a hint of anger in his calm looking face. Jie Ranqing stretched her hand and placed it on her husband's thighs. Zhan Huan took a breath to calm down himself. Then he looked towards Zhan Chen.

"What are you planning to do? I will agree with you as long as you not do anything drastic", Zhan Huan spoke to Zhan Chen.

"I am not planning anything major. I am just thinking about cutting down all relationship with the royal family. We have our own subordinate families and our own allies. I am planning to take all of those who are willing to follow our family into our wing. Royal family will have no control over our subordinates. We will stay in Red cloud kingdom but we will be a force of our own. The royal family will have no say in our matters", Zhan Chen spoke.

A thoughtful look appeared in the face of Zhan Huan after he heard the words of Zhan Chen. It was common sense that every forces of a kingdom was under the rule of royal family. What Zhan Chen suggesting was unheard of but Zhan Huan found Zhan Chen's idea acceptable after considering the current condition of Zhan family.
