hadn’t seen anything. She bounced down the stairs with a carefree air.

In one swift motion, she looped her arm through Elysia’s, her voice dripping with playful feeling, “Elysia. I've

Then, as if noticing the others on the couch for the first time, she flashed a smile. “I feel like you guys were

talking aboutbehind my back while | was gone, weren't you?” Phoebe raised an eyebrow, clearly teasing,

Elysia tapped her finger lightly on Phoebe’s forehead, her tone equally playful. “Of course, we talked about you

while you weren't here. If we did it in front of you, it wouldn't be a secret, would it?”

“Elysia, | think you're bullying me, but I can’t prove it.”

“So I'm not bullying you.”

“That's just twisting words. I'm ignoring you now.” With that, Phoebe turned her head to the side, pretending to

be upset

Elysia knew she wasn’t really mad, but she still softened her tone with Phoebe. “Alright, I'll stop teasing you. I've

decided to go back to Sivro.”

She spoke seriously, and though Phoebe had overheard their conversation earlier, she still feigned surprise.

“Have you made up your mind?”

“Yeah, | have. What about you? What are you planning to do?”

Phoebe wasn’t sure what Elysia was trying to convey with that look in her eyes, so she just spoke her mind. “Me?

I'm going back to Silverstream, of course. Where else would | go?”

“Good. I'll go back with you.”

“Are you coming with me?” Phoebe’s eyes widened in shock. Elysia nodded and explained, “If | don’t go back

soon, the woman in the cabin might not make it.”

Phoebe suddenly remembered. There was still Zoe locked up in the cabin. Everyone except Edward, Quinita, and

Yehoshua knew about this, so they understood what Elysia meant.

“Woman in the cabin?” Yehoshua raised an eyebrow, clearly confused.

Elysia suddenly realized that Yehoshua and her parents didn’t know about this. She was about to explain when

Edward spoke up. “She must be one of Elysia’s patients.”

Elysia blinked in surprise, glancing at Edward. She thought, ‘A patient? Dad's completely misunderstood.’ But

decided not to correct him. Being seen as a healer was far better than being labeled a cold-blooded killer.

In front of her family, she wanted to maintain her image as kind and pure.

“A patient?” Yehoshua was even more confused now. ‘Elysia was just a kid. How could she have patients?’ he

wondered.

“Yehoshua, Elysia is the owner of Arc House. Is it really that strange for her to have patients?”

At Holden's words, Yehoshua’s eyes widened in shock. “The owner of Arcanum House!”

Everyone was startled by Yehoshua’s reaction. Javier glanced at him. “Didn’t you know?”

“Uh, did anyone tell me?”

“Didn't we?” Holden raised an eyebrow, trying to recall the message he'd sent Yehoshua that day. He'd been so

excited about finding Elysia that he’d completely forgotten to mention it. ‘But hadn’t Fabian sent a message too?

He turned to Fabian. “Fabian, didn’t you-"

Before he could finish, Fabian cut in. “I only told Yehoshua about the reunion party that day. | forgot about this.

Besides, with your inability to keep secrets, | thought you'd already told him.”

‘Inability to keep secrets?’ Holden thought. He was offended. “Fabian, that’s such a-” He caught the warning look

in Fabian’s eyes and quickly changed his tone. “Fair assessment.".

Javier shot him a sideways glance, his voice full of disdain. “Pathetic.” But as soon as he said it, he noticed

Fabian’s gaze and quickly added, “Uh, | didn’t mean to encourage him or anything.”

At those words, Fabian finally looked away, and Javier let out a long breath, visibly relieved. Only Yehoshua

remained frowning. Ever since he’d returned from training, it seemed like he'd missed out on a lot of things.

His gaze landed on Elysia, and the corners of his lips lifted slightly. ‘From now on, I'll always be by Elysia’s side,

he thought.

While Yehoshua was looking at her, Elysia was also observing them. Her eyes swept over each of them, stopping

when they met Yehoshua’s. Their gazes locked, and a sweet smile spread across her face. ‘Having a family

makesfeel so good,’ she thought.

Elysia, along with Jack and others, and Phoebe, took a helicopter back to Silverstream. By mid-afternoon, the

helicopter landed on an open field near the Silverstream.

As Elysia helped Jack out of the helicopter, her phone buzzed to life the moment she turned it on. She noticed a

missed call from Ava. She called her back. The phone rang for less than two seconds before Ava picked up.

“Elysia.” Ava’s voice cthrough the phone, calm but with an undercurrent of something deeper. “I'm on my

way back to Sivro. After graduation, I'll cto Jorlandia to see you all. It’s only about half a year away. It'll pass

quickly.”

Her tone was steady, but Elysia sensed a hint of sadness. She raised an eyebrow. ‘Is Ava going back alone? It

seems Elena has decided to stay in Jorlandia. But how can Ava be so sure her decision aligns with Elena's?‘ she

thought.

Feeling a bit mischievous, Elysia decided not to reveal her own plans just yet. She played along. “Alright, we'll

wait for you in Jorlandia.”

It was the expected response, but hearing it directly from Elysia still stung. For a moment, Ava wished her home

was in Jorlandia too. That way, they could still be together.

Memories of their happy times together flashed through Ava’s mind-laughing, playing, and causing mischief. But

from now on, those moments would be gone, preserved like fleeting illusions.

Her eyes stung, and afraid Elysia might notice, Ava quickly said, “Okay, Elysia, I've got something to take care of

here. I'll hang up now.”

Without waiting for a response, she ended the call. Her eyes fixed on the scenery outside the window as tears

finally spilled
