Early in the morning, the sun shone into the room. I got up to take Noah and Hedwig to school.

Catherine was still asleep. Noah and Hedwig quietly approached her. Each of them gave her a morning kiss.

Seeing Catherine wake up, Hedwig laughed.

On the contrary, Noah complained, "Hedwig, you woke Mommy up."

Hedwig felt a little aggrieved. She said, "I just wanted to kiss Mommy. It feels like ages since the last time I kissed

her."
