Monarch of Darkness, Arsene
Chapter 853 Lilith Snow - The Council Of TwelveResting in Arsene's powerful arms, wrapped tightly around me, bringing me a warmth I'd never tire of, I drifted in and out of consciousness as we soared towards the southeast. The twins were active this morning, Jumping around my womb as they felt their father's presence.
It was a cute sensation as their auras called out for him; despite their souls barely forming, I could feel the longing they held for him. But dear god, they needed to stop, or I'll pee myself!
My entire right arm was bearly functional, and now the twins were stepping on my bladder. These Cute little bastards were messing with me!
Holding my stomach, I could only smile, feeling their joyous aura.
Despite my swollen feet, the severe headaches, the night sweats, and the failing of my vision on multiple occasions, I couldn't help but smile as they grew within me. The little buns were becoming people—actual living beings with self-thought.
Wiping the tears, I drifted off into slumber, waking up to the sounds of the campfire crackling, the smell of smoked Sausage and egg, with a side of my favorite, Rice Balls. That was absorbing the juices being released by the Sausage.
Turning a little brown around the edges to give a little crunch, Arsene lifted them off the fire and made me a plate.
Water filled my eyes as he began cutting up the food, and the twins jumped in joy, once again stepping on my bladder.
"You're getting emotional more lately, you know." He softly reminded me, cutting up the food into bite-size chunks for me.

"More like put me to sleep."
"Same difference,"
I chuckled, "That's a big meal. Is it all for me?" I asked, looking out at the eyes filled with hate directed towards me.
"Yup, they can cook for themselves," Said Arsene cracking a loving smile. "Plus, I don't want my queen to pee herself. You'll never hear the end of it."
"Keep talking like that, and I'll make sure you have toilet babies."
Arsene's expression twisted before a defeated look marred his gorgeous face. Giggling into my hands, I smiled, "You're spoiling them already, you know."
Sene's cheeks redden for a moment, " Am not!"
"You so are! Here I thought you were going to be all hard and evil towards the kids to give them the cold reality of life, but I think you're going to be a little bitch! They're going to walk all over you."
Arsene pursed his lips, " Maybe, but they'll definitely love me more!"
"I'm their food source; they'll come to me always!"
"Then I'll lactate too!"
"What the fuck, Sene!" I shouted as he bellowed into laughter.

Soaring through the different seasons, I began to focus my thought on the mysterious Capital of the world that appeared. Zantar and Balor were still missing, probably hiding from me, but I had begun to notice that the Capital was teaming with life. Except for a few groups like those of the abyss, Noctem and Oblivion were missing from the Capital.
Arsene had ensured that none of his Shadowfell would enter the Capital. He had claimed the perfect place to perform a ritual was within a city filled with life. And on this, I agreed.
I could see Raziel, the False King, seated on one of the twelve thrones that formed a ring. But of all of the thrones, only one grabbed my attention. And it was the digital-looking throne that fluctuated as though it were a virtual image, sat a woman with long violet hair and golden eyes. She was a goddess, and by her side stood Avar with a deadpan expression.
She was the supposed Queen of Genisis, the most advanced Realm in the Exalted Wheel. And it would seem a powerhouse onto itself, as she stood eyeing just Raziel, with every meeting they held.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmShe didn't look cold like Avar, but something about her seemed worldly, like everything was within her reach. But for some reason, I could not take my eyes off Avar, who stood as her guard.
Withdrawing my senses back inside of me, I glanced at the smiling Loki as he cruised through the clouds.
"What do you make of the Council of Twelve?"
"Dead men walking, of course." He answered, " But I also think that the Shadow and King are underestimating their prowess. Those that sit within the council are not fools; any little leak or thought about the end game will lead to disaster.
"But isn't that why they have Raziel? The puppet who does even understand he's a puppet?" I replied, and Loki shrugged.
"Maybe, but even a puppet of his level can instinctually sense something afoot, and if he could sense it, the other lords and ladies will undoubtedly as well. These are all Sovereigns of the respected realms. To look down on them means death. These people love to guess on instincts, and if they guess wrong. Well, I'm sure you can understand what'll happen.
Snuggling up into Arsnes arms a little more, who was training within his soul, I began to wonder what all this was regarding; If Raziel has already attuned himself to the Heavenly Throne, then what are Zantar and Bael waiting for?
Preparation for Arsene, perhaps? If they have already committed to killing me, I'm sure Arsene will be their next target after he opens the Gates to Iluthath. Then there's Lucifer and Mephisto, whose presence has been weighing heavily on my mind. Why are they even here?
Closing myself to the world once again, sealing my five senses, I looked through the eyes of Izavith and frowned at the massive cathedral in sight. I did the same for my other Generals, and my frown only deepened the longer I watched.
Each of these Seven Fallen Angels was making cathedrals throughout the land, gathering demons and devils as they saw fit.
Regaining control over my body, I sighed and glanced at Arsene, sending him a visual of everything I saw through the eyes of my people.
"Let it go; leave them be." He said, "we'll have our time in the future; for now, just focus on fixing your arm. We are only a few more years away."
