Alice took a step back and stared at Emmett, conflicted. Yvette and Demetrius had told her that if anyone patted her head, she should hit them. 'But Emmett is Yvette's friend and also my good friend. Can I hit him?' thought Alice. After thinking for a while, Alice stepped forward and punched Emmett in the chest. It wasn't strong, and Emmett didn't feel any pain! Emmett was momentarily stunned after Alice punched him. Then, as if he had found out the reason, he smiled and looked at Alice tenderly, asking, "You hitbecause I touched your head, right?" Alice nodded vigorously. "Dand Yvette said I can't let others touch my head. If someone does, I have to hit them, and I can even hit them to death." She poured everything out onto the table and proudly pushed them all in front of Emmett. "Dsaid that snacks are to be shared with good friends," explained Alice. Emmett looked at the myriad of snacks. He had never had snacks before, so he wasn't very familiar with them. "Emmett, these are all for you, so you have to finish them up. It'll be shameful if you waste them," said Alice. Emmett nodded, then grabbed a snack from the table and started eating it. Frankie was dumbfounded. Emmett had never had snacks or junk food in his entire life, and now, he was eating them because of Alice.

Frankie's mouth twitched at the sight. He thought, 'There's at least 30 bags of snacks on the table; Emmett would definitely get sick from eating all that. He has clearly lost his mind.

Sienna looked at the table covered with snacks. She picked one up to have a look and put it down, then picked another one up. After confirming that she had never seen these snacks in the market before, she fell silent.

She had been in the snack industry for many years, yet she had never even seen the packaging of those snacks. 'Isn't this a bit excessive?' she mused.

"Alice, did you buy these snacks at the supermarket?" Sienna asked curiously.

In the living room, Emmett and Alice seemed to have formed a world of their own. No matter what Alice said, Em listened intently without showing signs of impatience.

Frankie and Sienna watched the scene with relish at first, but after an hour, they were wearied by it. 'Why are we putting ourselves through this?' they wondered.
