Ophelia was filled with worry when she received no news from Matthew after such a long wait. So, she decided to

search for him herself. However, just as she stepped out of the yard, she was pleasantly surprised to find

Matthew already at her door.

take action against Holy Doctor Larson. Suddenly, Miles appeared in front of Matthew in the blink of an eye in

response to Ophelia's furious rebuke.

As soon as the words left her mouth, the two imposing security guards were knocked far away.

Of course, Miles was not concerned about Matthew's safety. Instead, he was worried that their staff had given

him an awful impression of the Zedler Family and frantically wanted to salvage the situation. On the other hand,

Ophelia quickly approached Matthew.

As soon as those words fell from her lips, the butler was aghast.

He didn't expect that this shabbily dressed young man would turn out to be Old Mr. Zedler's guest!

Nonetheless, anger surged within him when he heard that Ophelia was more than ready to dismiss him today.

face turned pale in the face of her resolute stance on the matter.

After spluttering in indignation, the butler becfed up as he hissed, "Miss Zedler, the Zedler Family is still

under your uncle's control. If you want to dismiss me, you'll have to get Mr. Bennett's and Mr. Erwin's approval."

With that, he turned and left without hesitation.

Although Ophelia knew that the butler had a close relationship with her uncles, she never once expected him to

defy her orders openly.
