Chapter 965: Claudia Makes Her Move The Mountain Veil Order had arrived. Nathan led his team and broke through the black-clad attackers.

Not far away, the sky suddenly darkened. Another wave of black-clad figures emerged, but this ttheir target was singular-Tina.

The Mountain Veil Order formed a defensive stance, prepared for both attack and retreat.

Tina, however, kept her gaze fixed on the dark mass. Somewhere within it was the one she was seeking.

A surge of energy materialized in the air, aiming straight for her.

In the next instant, two figures-one in red, the other in black-arrived like phantoms, standing in front of Tina. The woman in red was alluring, her face veiled. But Tina recognized her instantly.

"Claudia!" Tina's voice was resolute, leaving no room for denial.

The woman chuckled lightly, her tone seductive. "Tina, we finally meet." Tina sneered. "Haven't we met before?" Claudia didn't answer. Instead, she pointed her blood-red nails toward the black-clad figures and issued a command: "Her abilities are below yours. Restrain her. I want her to watch the man she loves die before her eyes." The order was barely given when an attack was launched at Jared.

Hearing this, Tina's expression darkened. She had guessed correctly-Claudia had always been after Uncle. The black-clad figure obeyed, raising a hand and striking fiercely at Tina.

Tina blocked the attack effortlessly. The energy in the black-clad figure's palm dispersed into nothingness. The figure staggered back, shocked. A raspy voice emerged from behind the mask. "Your ability is above the fifth tier?" Tina smirked. "Fifth tier? That was six months ago." Cooped up at hwith nothing to do, she had long since broken through to the seventh tier.

Even against Claudia, he didn't retreat an inch. "A dull-witted fool like you-how much of a chance do you think you really have?" Claudia's expression twisted for a moment before she quickly masked it, her attacks growing even more vicious. Clearly, Jared's words had hit a nerve.

But what did it matter? As long as she killed enough ability users, their powers would bechers.
