Chapter 77 Going to the pack House “What’s wrong, Athy? Get in...” Suzanne said in a low tone, not to make her feel pressured
or anything. But she got worried for sure when she saw the look of reluctance on her face.
“I...I... Umm... Where did you say Dominic was?” Athena asked in a shaky tone while looking around anxiously. Even though
she was already told where he was, she still asked. The nervousness got the best of her. She didn’t know what she was asking,
she just wanted to delay the process she was getting into.
They were currently standing in front of the pack house after Athena suddenly decided to come here to solve the problem out of
nowhere. Now they need to get inside the house but Athena stopped, rethinking her decision once again. It’s not her fault as
well, the commotion that’s going inside was heard loudly and clearly from outside only.
“He joined Justin in patrolling today and that’s why the pack members decided to take advantage of it.” Patricia said with a small
sigh.
She understood the pressure Athena was under and hence explained it again because. She wanted her to get easy with them
before they entered the pack house. Because if she acts like this in front of the pack house, things are going to get worse for
them. Suzanne and Patricia shared a look before they nodded at each other.
“It’s okay if you don’t want to go in. I think we will need to get them by mind link now. We won’t be able to control those wolves
inside.” Suzanne said and looked at her to see what she thought. Patricia immediately joined in what Suzanne was trying to do.
She just followed Suzanne’s way because Suzanne knew Athena better than anyone else. So, she knew what she had to do to
get Athena worked up.

“I think that‘s the only option left now. Let‘s do this.” Patricia agreed with her but before they could do something, Athena stopped
them and they knew what was to come next.
“No! Wait!” Athena shouted while looking at them with widened eyes and the next moment she let out a defeated sigh. As if she
gave into the internal battle with herself before finally agreeing to this.
Suzanne and Patricia shared a secret smile before Athena could see them. They immediately put on a worried and innocent look
on their faces before looking back at her.
“What happened?”
“What?”

They asked at the same time. Athena let out another sigh before putting up a determined look on her face as she looked at them.
“I don’t think it will be a good idea to call them back in as we don’t know where they are at this moment. They might be busy with
some important work as well. I have heard Dominic talking about some rogues patrolling around our borders. I think he went
there to check that only. I don’t think we should disturb them.” Athena said with a small nod which looked as if she was trying to
convince herself something.
“We know that, why are you telling us this?” Suzanne asked with a raised eyebrow, her tone was teasing
“Or are you telling all these to yourself to convince yourself of something?” Patricia asked in the same teasing tone as Suzanne.
Athena’s face flushed red as if she got caught while doing something suspicious. The duo was having a hard time controlling
their smiles.
“No... No... it’s not like that..” Athena said with widened eyes before she realised what they were doing and glared at
them. “Shut up, you both! And let’s go.” Athena said with a frown before taking a deep breath. They both nodded at her and got
serious as well.

“Before you go, are you sure you want to do it? You can do it?” Suzanne asked in a worried tone, she didn’t want to
pressurise Athena too much at the same time. She knew it was hard for her.
“I am fine. I believe I can do it. How many people are in there, creating this ruckus?” Athena asked with a frown. She wanted to
know that because she wanted to prepare herself beforehand.
“Not many, considering we are a huge pack. There are only around fifteen to twenty people creating the problem. They mostly
live in the pack house, that’s why they have closer sentiment with the alpha and things related to him.” Patricia explained and
Athena nodded at her, understating what she meant. Patricia looked at her with a careful expression. “Can you manage them?”
She asked slowly and Athena looked at her. “I think we will have to see.” Saying that with a confident look, with one last breath,
Athena pushed open the door. As soon as she opened the door, she was welcomed with loud protest from the pack members.
No one noticed them standing there. “Let us get the betrayer!” “Give Stacey to her!”
“How dare she betray our alpha!”
“How dare she try to harm our Luna and take her place!”
“We will kill here!”

“She doesn’t deserve to be here!”
Those angry people were shouting at the poor guards while trying their best to get past them. While the guards were doing
everything possible in their limit to prevent them from going. Athena inspected the scene for a few seconds before she came into
conclusion about what she was going to do. “Athena, remember. You are their Luna. You are what they need. Your command is
the only thing that can tame them. Have trust in yourself and you can do it.” Suzanne reminded her once again and that boosted
her confidence a lot as she nodded at her. A few seconds later, Athena’s loud, powerful and dominating tone boomed in the
room, silencing each and everyone. Silence followed the room like danger.
Athena wasn’t less than any danger when she’s angry.
“STOP EVERYONE.”
