Elle smiled.
"You are here.." She said foolishly.
Jason moved away from her.
"Yeah, my friend actually asked me to get something for him.." He said and looked at her hands.
"You are getting crayons. Is your sister already here?" Jason asked and Elle immediately swallowed hard.
"Of course not. It's not mine. It's for a friend of mine. Her daughter loves crayon so I'm getting it as a birthday present.." Elle said
and he nodded.
"Okay.." He said and then turned back. Meanwhile Elle's gaze was still on him that she didn't know that someone was walking
behind her with a trolley. She continued moving backwards that way.
Until Jason paused and took his lips.
"Should I just tell her?" He asked himself and then he turned back. His eyes widened when he saw what was happening.
"Elle.." He called and then rushed up other. He grabbed her by the waist and pulled her away from there.
Jason sighed out in relief. Even Elle was surprised at what happened.
"What were you thinking?" He asked her and she took her lips in and then brought it out.
"I.."She paused.
"Congratulations!" She suddenly said and he furrowed his brows.
"What?"
"Yeah, I heard you are getting married to Giselle soon. So congratulations!" Elle said with a fake smile.
Jason scoffed and then removed his hand from her waist..
"Seriously!" He muttered and then turned to walk away but he paused. He clenched his fists and turned back again.
"Well, then I'll personally invite you to the engagement party. It's in two weeks time and you will be a special guest and Yeah! I
also heard you are officially Tyson's girlfriend. Congrats too, future sister in law. See you around.." He said and then turned to
walk away.
"Seriously, are you trying to piss me off?" Elle blurted out without realising.
"What?"Jason said and turned to face her.
"How am I fooling you?" She asked back.
"Pretending to my friend, and acting clingy to me and my brother. I really get confused. You are like a chameleon just changing
its colours each time. Tell me.." His gaze suddenly hardened. He moved closer to her and looked straight into her eyes.
"Tell me if I'm wrong. Sometimes I get the feeling that you are using me or my brother. But I don't want to believe it. Tell me if I'm
wrong..' He said and her heart skipped.
"What .... what are you saying?" She snarled at him.
"And you act like her. You behave like her too much that I so much hated it.." He said and her eyes widened.
"I'm starting to suspect you. I'm doubting your intentions. You are too good to be real and why is that you act and behave like her
exactly? I really want to know. I badly want to.. I badly want to know because it's killing me in the inside.." He sighed and closed
his eyes.
A tear fell from Elle's eyes but she quickly wiped it off. She really felt like hugging him, badly felt like it but no! Not now.."
Jason opened his eyes and it met with her cold eyes.
"I have no idea on what you are talking about. I'm neither using you nor your brother and if you feel like that's the case, then I'll
stop being friends with you, if you want it and also, I have no idea on who you are talking about and I'm sorry if I reminded you of
your ex lover or anything but then I'm no one else. I'm Danielle Browns. Not anyone else.." She said and she made to walk away
but then a familiar voice stopped her.
"Miss Danielle Browns.."
Elle turned back immediately and she rolled her eyes seeing that it was Giselle and Tyson.
"Baby.." Tyson said. He walked to her and hugged her. Her eyes went to Jason immediately and she saw him tightening his fists.
"Gosh!" She thought inwardly. Tyson broke the hug and made to peck her but she stylishly avoided it
"Oh! You came shopping with my fiancee.." Giselle said and Jason ran his hands into his hair.
He grabbed her forearm.
"Don't you start any trouble here.." He warned her and Giselle scoffed.
She removed her hands from his.
"Why are you here?" He asked.
"I came shopping with Tyson. He said he wanted to take his sister in law for shopping.." Giselle smiled and Elle rolled her eyes.
"Excuse me.." She said and made to leave but Tyson held her wrists.
"I'm sorry but.."
"I'm interested.." Jason cut her off giving Tyson a plain look.
"Come on, Jason. Please.." Giselle said and grabbed his hand, whitening.
Elle's eyes trailed down to it and she rolled her eyes.
"I'm in.." She said, glaring at Jason.
"Let's go.." Giselle said and walked off with Jason.
Elle rolled her eyes again, glaring at her back figure as they all walked out.

"So, let's dig in.." Tyson smiled. Elle forced out a smile and they all started eating except Jason who didn't lift a finger. He only
watched them as they ate. He clearly told them he wasn't interested in the first place and nothing was going to change his mind.
"So when is your wedding?" Tyson asked.
"We haven't planned that out. It shouldn't concern you Tyson." Jason said and took a sip out of the water he was holding.
"Come on, babe. He was just asking. He didn't mean any harm.."
"Did I ever give you the permission to call mr babe? Don't you ever say that again.." Jason warned her and Elle chuckled silently
and that caused her to choke.
She started coughing and immediately Tyson passed her a glass of water.
"Thanks..." She said and Tyson took an handkerchief and cleaned her mouth with it.
Jason sighed and stood up.
That was the height of it.
"Have a nice lunch.." He said and walked out. As he walked out, he dailed a number and the person answered the call
immediately.
"Hey.." He called with a smile.
"Handsome!!" Kiera yelled and he chuckled again.
"I miss you already.."
"I miss you too princess. Do you know I was actually having a bad day until I heard your voice..' He said and walked towards his
car.
Elle who was standing behind was listening to everything.
She furrowed her brows confusedly.
"What? Princess?"
She remembered everything he said and she scoffed.
"Wait, does he have another girlfriend?' She thought aloud.
