But she quickly swallowed her emotions and said respectfully, "I didn't mean it like that. You're overthinking it." Seline shot Tanya a vicious glare, venting all her frustration on the latter. She snapped, "You'd better not mean that. Or you'll regret it!" Every single one of them was a pain to deal with, and it disgusted Seline.
Seline turned and left with a sour expression.

An hour later, Austin pulled his car up at Starview Villa.
Suzanne carried the bouquets from both cars and handed one to Austin while keeping the other one in her arms. Looking at him, she asked, "I'm going to arrange these. Can you help me?" Since he bought them, he might as well help her out. After all, arranging two bouquets would take stime. Austin's gaze fell on her, taking in her bright smile. He answered gently, "Sure." Her smile grew even brighter at his response.
In the spacious living room, Rita followed Suzanne's instructions and brought out several large vases. Rita placed five or six of them on the coffee table. Looking toward the tool corner where Suzanne was, she called out respectfully, "Mrs. Hall, the vases are all set." Suzanne walked out of the tool corner with Austin following behind, carrying a toolbox. She smiled at Rita and said, "Thanks, Rita." Rita paused at the scene before her in surprise.
When had the distinguished Austin ever done something like this? But the sight brought a smile to her eyes. This was exactly how an ordinary couple should interact. It was a good thing! Rita nodded enthusiastically and said, "You're welcome, Mr. and Mrs. Hall. I'll leave you to it." She held back any offer to help. This was something best left for the two of them to do together.
On the coffee table, the vases, flowers, and all the tools needed were neatly laid out. Suzanne handed a pair of gloves to Austin "Put these on first so that you don't hurt your hands. Make sure to clean off those leaves a little more." || Since these were bouquets, the florist had already removed most of the thorns from the flowers, making them easier to handle.
Austin had never done this before. He frowned as he took the gloves from om Suzanne and put them on there wasa hint of disdain in his eyes, but he still picked up a flower stem from the table. As Suzanne arranged the flowers, whenever she encountered a stem that was too long, Austin would grab the scissors before she even said a thing.

As each vase becfilled with
flowers, Suzanne smiled, feeling her mood lift. It was true that nothing brought more happiness than seeing something beautiful. She picked up the last flower from the table, about to place it in a vase when something flicked off the leaves and went into her eye.
"Ah, something got in my eye." She closed her eyes without thinking. But with her hands dirty, she couldn't rub them.
