At night, the parking lot of the Legacy Hotel was eerily empty.
Debra parked her car by the curb, where two men in black suits and sunglasses stood waiting. As she stepped out of her car, they approached her.
"Ms. Frazier, our lady requests a change of venue for your meeting." Debra's gaze flicked to the family crest embroidered on their suits. "Alright, lead the way." A black sedan was parked nearby, its driver already seated and ready.
Debra slid into the backseat and looked out the window. The two men exchanged a look before joining her in the van.
