Chapter 1525

Patricia quickly summed up the situation in a few words.

"Maybe she's just out here selling herself!" she blurted out, shooting a glare at Fiona.

"That's enough!"

Keaton's temper flared up instantly. He had assumed these students were just struggling with their grades, but

to hear such offensive language right in front of him was out of line.

Especially considering they were the ones who started the trouble in the dorm. If Fiona had defended herself, it

made sense.

"Do you even remember what it means to be students?"

The nurse's office was bustling, with students from other classes, a nurse, and a doctor present.

The whole class was being put to shat this point, not just a few of them.

While Keaton didn't shy away from embarrassment, he didn't want this kind of within his class.

The students, now scolded like kids caught in the act, didn't dare say another word.

Soon enough, a woman walked in. She was decked out in jewelry, giving off a vibe of wealth, though her style

was a bit dated.

As she entered, Fiona nearly gagged from the overpowering scent of her perfume, her eyes watering and itching.

She moved closer to the door, trying to breathe in sfresh air.

"Mr. Keaton, that's not exactly right, is it?" The woman said with a chilly indifference, her words laced with

sarcasm as she looked at Keaton sneering, "For a teacher, yelling at students like that doesn't show much

professionalism."

"Auntie, you're finally here. Look at your daughter; she's been treated so poorly."

Patricia, quick to read the situation, led the woman to the bedside, fanning the flames even more.

Seeing her daughter unconscious with a bruise on her forehead, the woman couldn't keep it together, shouting in

vain to wake her.

"Auntie, she's out cold now; yelling won't help," Ratricia pretended to comfort her, while scheming inside "It's all

her fault. We were just talking about snews, and didn't know Fiona would show up. Besides, it was all in the

news, not something we made up."

The woman turned to Fiona, noting her striking looks. Knowing the news about Allen, whom she also liked, she

wasn't surprised.

"Oh, it's the media darling from the last few days. No wonder you've got such an attitude, thinking you're all that

because you know a few rich folks!"The woman approached Fiona, trying unsuccessfully to drag her further into

the room.

But Fiona didn't budge an inch, the woman's efforts in vain.

"Stubborn, aren't you?"

The woman chuckled, raising her hand to slap Fiona, but Keaton stepped in just in tto separate them.

"Calm down, everyone." Keaton finally pulled them apart, then turned to Fiona, giving her a meaningful look,

"Ms. Fiona, what really happened here? Did you hit her?"

"| did hit her," Fiona replied firmly, her eyes sweeping the room, her presence commanding: "They tried to tie me

up and stripto blackmail me."

Her words left the room in a stunned silence, especially Keaton. He couldn't stand students bullying each other,

and to see it happening in his own class made him furious, his eyes wide with disbelief, momentarily lost for

words.
