Evelyn looked thoughtful and nodded vaguely. "I know, but... I'm still a little scared..."
Estelle looked her directly in the eye. "Are you afraid of losing a relative, or are you afraid of losing the privileged life of the Quintin
family?"
Evelyn was taken aback and quickly replied, "Of course | can't bear to lose Grandpa! He has been so good to me. Over these past
few months, I'vee to see him as my own grandfather."
"My mentor said that even if you aren't Gia's biological daughter, he will continue to look after you just as before," Estelle said.

Evelyn managed a faint smile and looked down. "But it's still not the same, after all," she said quietly.
Estelle frowned slightly. "Evelyn, think back to your tin Citadel. You burned your bridges and risked everything when you had
nothing. Is your situation now really worse than it was back then?"
Evelyn stared blankly at Estelle, speechless.
"Don't et who you are."

That afternoon, Sophia and Jason also cto the Quintin estate. It wasn't until two o'clock that Gia finally arrived,
apanied by Mr. Don.
Looking at the familiar courtyard, Gia couldn't help but feel a touch of melancholy. At the stime, she was calm, hoping to
get the results as soon as possible.
Everyone in the room wanted to go along for the test. Gabriel stood up. "The results won't be ready immediately, so there's no
need for everyone to go. I'll take Gia and Evelyn. The rest of you can wait here."
No one objected. Gabriel drove, taking Gia and Evelyn to the testing facility.
The ride was smooth and fast, but the atmosphere in the back seat with Gia and Evelyn was silent.
