Jonathan stood up and helped Estelle to her feet. They then served tea to Old Mr. Quintin and Gabriel in turn.
Old Mr. Quintin also offered Estelle a few words of advice. Though his words were directed at her, he kept emphasizing that if
anyone dared to bully her, they would have to get through him first—a message clearly intended for Jonathan.
Estelle was touched and amused, trying her best to look attentive.
Jonathan, however, remained perfectlyposed, responding to each of Old Mr. Quintin’s points, leaving the old man with nothing
more to say and no reason to lose his temper.

Estelle finally let a warm smile grace her features.
“Thank you.”
After paying their respects to the elders, Estelle and Jonathan rose to leave, officially beginning their journey back to the main
wedding venue.
As they stepped outside, Jonathan swept Estelle into his arms, lowered the beaded veil over her face, and walked out with a
straight back and steady steps.
At the smoment, the celebratory crackle of fireworks erupted, and the lively atmosphere returned.
Back in the main hall, Old Mr. Jarvis stood up and said with a laugh to Old Mr. Quintin and the others, “Well, let's go join the
Lamonts’ celebration. Let's all enjoy ourselves today!”
The group rose with cheerful chatter, following Old Mr. Jarvis out.

All the invited guests had arrived, and media outlets were scattered across the gardens, finding the wedding decorations alone
worthy of hours of coverage.
The guests hade from all over the country and abroad. Everyone who received an invitation from the Lamont family was either
from a prestigious family or a prominent figure in their own right.
