Lee Seng sat down and awkwardly looked around. The home had a lot of Fox Spirit culture but the sprinkle of Chinese-Japanese culture made Lee Seng feel more at ease.
'Even in a place like this, a part of you will always be there.' He smiled as Bright, Winn and Jacob casually glanced at him. The back door opened and Lily stepped out freshened up and in new clothes.
"Still waiting? Today's gonna be interesting." Lily happily spoke as she skipped over to Lee Seng and sat down. "So, what were you guys talking about?"
"Nothing." Winn answered quickly.
"What Keng was up to. He's supposed to take you somewhere?" Lee Seng looked at her. Winn's eyebrow twitched as Bright shook his head.
"Mmm, yeah. He's supposed to go there. Direct orders from the gods. In specific, Hydran and Vox'su." Lee Seng nodded. "But I think I can figure out where he is."
"Where?" Lily asked as her mother walked in.
"Alright, loads of food. I need help with all of this. Boys." Mother Wang motioned with her head behind her as she moved over and set down some sausage down. Bright and Jacob stood up as Bright tugged on his twin brother to go.
"Fine, fine… I'm going." Winn grumbled as he stood up.
"How do you know where Keng is? You mentioned it before." Lily questioned Lee Seng, once again.
"Like I said yesterday, him and I are psychically linked together by an ability we got recently. It gives us many perks, but one of them is knowing where we are at all times. If we were to go off Realm, I would know he would be on another Realm, but I wouldn't be able to tell where he is, per se." Lee Seng explained.

"Definitely in Daros. He's…" Lee Seng shut his eyes as Lily's family came out of the kitchen room. It took him a minute, but he could definitely smell and hear strange things. "In a forest… He sounds like he's near water… … … He's going to the Tomb? Why?" Lee Seng opened his eyes and looked at the food on the table. Jacob and the others settled onto the floor as Mother Wang sat down.
"What are you two talking about, Lily?" Mother Wang asked.
"Where Keng is." Lily replied. "Lee says he saw where Keng is in his head, but I'm not sure I believe that."
"I'll need more time to figure it out, but I have a gut feeling he's going to the Tomb."
"Before you delve any deeper into your partner, let's eat." Mother Wang motioned. Sausages, eggs, bacon, fruits, and fluffy rice. "Please, help yourself, Lee Seng." Mother Wang motioned. The group began to pick their food as Lee Seng piled his plate. From what time Lee Seng had spent on Daros, he knew the food was oddly more tasty than what was on Earth.
Lee Seng moved the pile of food towards him and began to eat. He began to stuff himself as the others made small talk.
"So, how was last night?" Mother Wang asked her sons.
"It was okay." Bright answered with his mouth full. "It was too quiet."
"There were some parts of the village that got hit by the Ire, but they've been dealt with." Jacob added.
"The Ire's basically gone, last night went well… Anything else to add, Winn?" Mother Wang looked over at Winn. Winn's eyes were glued onto Lee Seng. He spent most of his time angrily eating his food as he glared at Lee Seng. "Winn, dear." Mother Wang slapped her son out of his angry stare. "Stop with your glaring. You should be thanking Lee Seng for saving your brother. We could've been mourning his death instead of celebrating his life."
"Mom, what if he intentionally did that? What if he knows what his partner did and is just playing along?" Winn questioned.
"Enough, Winny." Mother Wang pinched his cheek. He began to yell as he tried to evade his mother's pinches.
"Stop, Mom! I'm not five anymore!" Winn complained.
"You'll always be my little Winny to me!" Mother Wang giggled.
It was strange for Lee Seng to see a mother and her grown son play around. Winn's annoyance quickly turned to laughs as he continued to dodge his mom's pinches. Bright snagged his brother's plate and set it on the dining table. Lee Seng forced a small smile as he looked at his food.
'I miss you, Mom.' Lee Seng thought to himself. He began to fork more food into his mouth.
'Just give yourself up to me.' Eleven's voice snaked in. Lee Seng could feel Eleven's grin as he continued to eat. 'You'll see her sooner if you just let me in. I can take care of your problem and you can get what you want: your mother.'
Lee Seng didn't reply to him. He didn't need to accidentally make a scene in front of everyone. He quickly finished his food and set the plate onto the table.
"Excuse me, I'm gonna step out for a bit." Lee Seng quickly spoke and left.
"You don't want more, dear?" Mother Wang asked. Lee Seng uncomfortably looked at her and shook his head.
'Leaving so you don't make a scene? Aren't you pitiful. It just gives them another reason to not fully trust you.' Eleven chuckled. Lee Seng slipped on his shoes and opened the door and bolted out. He began to jog as Eleven continued to dig deeper. 'You keep everyone at a distance because you don't want them to know about me. You can't even tell your human friend the full truth. I've thrown away your pet and now you're desperately trying to act like everything's fine. The truth will come out whether you tell them or not. I'll make sure of that.'
Lee Seng bolted out of the gates as soldiers shouted at him. He ignored them and disappeared into the forest. He needed distance. He needed to find Keng before it was too late.
'Find Keng and deal with everything else later.' Lee Seng told himself.

The air and his lungs began to cut off as he came to a stop. 'To make it more amusing, why don't I just let you find him? You'll kill two birds with one stone for me. I can kill both of you.'
'Shut up!' Lee Seng shouted. The grip ripped off of him as he sucked in air, coughing.
'Hmph.' Eleven shook his head. Dark Matter shot out of Lee Seng's chest and an arm appeared. It grabbed the bark, crushing it as it started to pull itself out.
"Maybe I'll end it all right here and make him think you're still around and kill him when he least expects it." Eleven chuckled. A glob of Dark Matter turned and revealed a face looking at him. Eleven grinned.
"Enough!" Lee Seng swung his hand straight for Eleven's head. He slammed his chest, the reverberations shook the Dark Matter.
"Gotcha!" Eleven chuckled. A wave of Dark Mater exploded from Lee Seng's back and wrapped around his face. Lee Seng began to furiously claw as he tried to rip it off of him. Eleven continued to pour Dark Matter out of Lee Seng's body, forcefully wrapping himself around Lee Seng. "Why don't you go to sleep for a moment? I'll make sure to find the Fox for you."
Keng had run for an entire night, not stopping. It wasn't until he felt his head burst with pain, that he stopped. He slowly came to a stop near a river and dunked his face into it, gulping the water down.
"Ah!" Keng gasped lifting his head out of the river. He shook his head as he looked around. It was day time and the sights were getting very familiar. "Did I really run to the Tomb? This is… two or three miles away from the Tomb. Why did I—"
A strange set of clicks in his head made him stop talking. He turned and looked behind him.
"What's that?" Keng whispered. He slowly stood up and turned. His ruby and sapphire eyes stared at the tree line thirty-five feet away from him. "Why do I feel like something bad is going to happen?" The dread quickly built in his chest and the next thing he knew he was clawing at his face, trying to rip something off.
'What the hell is happening?!?' Keng screamed in his head. 'Why am I clawing?!?' A strange distorted noise grew in his head.
"ARGH!" It screamed. "ARGH!"
'Lee Seng?!?' Keng's eyes grew wide. He quickly swung at his stomach, knocking the air out and forcing whatever strange hold onto him, off. Keng fell to the ground, gasping for air as the feeling of dread sat on him.
"What's… Happening?" Keng gasped. "Why is he here?"
