When Alicia got hthis day, her mind was still occupied with this matter.

When Frederick entered the bedroom, he noticed that Alicia was sitting on the bed with her legs crossed. She was wearing a colorful oversized T-shirt. Her hair was tied casually into a bun with a pink scrunchie that had rabbit ears on it. She was biting a pen in her mouth and there were two sheets of paper in front of her. She nodded her head from tto time, looking cute and funny.

Ever since she was around, whenever he got home, everything felt so different to him even if it was silent! Was she counting her expenses again? This was the first thought that cacross his mind.

Frederick smiled slightly as if he was used to it. He took off his suit and hung it up. Then, he slowly walked towards her.

"How much money have you earned?" Alicia was startled when she noticed that he was standing in front of her. She grabbed the paper and hid it behind her.

"H-Hubby, you are back!" Why didn't she hear any sound? Frederick narrowed his eyes, showing that he was a little dissatisfied with her reaction. He thought to himself, "Didn't she hearwhen I was at the door? What is she thinking about? Why is she so absentminded?" Sitting on the bed, Frederick reached out his hand to snatch the piece of paper from behind her. In an instant, Alicia's face turned extremely red.

"Hubby?" "The first time?" Frederick questioned while frowning.

What was that? Except for the three words "the first time", the rest were all messy lines and doodles with "X" and "1". Frederick was confused. He looked up and glanced at her a few times, yet he was still puzzled. Was she afraid that he would understand what she was writing? Hence, she changed it into a secret code or something? "The first time? What do you mean?" Being stared at by Frederick, Alicia blushed even harder.

"Nothing! I was just bored... I was just doodling!" Alicia reached her hand out and wanted to grab the paper, but Frederick held it further away.

"Would you liketo hire someone to study it and crack the code then?" Biting her lower lips, Alicia couldn't help but roll her eyes and thought, "There is no way he could crack it!" "Why are you blushing? Are you having a fever?" Frederick raised his hand, trying to feel the temperature on her forehead. Alicia shook her head and defended, "You must have seen wrongly. It must be today's weather... It's super hot..." It was late autumn, and it was late at night. How could she feel hot? "Hubby, I'm going to take a shower!" Just when Alicia was about to stand up, she was pulled by Frederick. "Haven't you taken a shower yet?" The tips of her hair were still wet! What was going on? Why was she in such a panic? Inadvertently, Frederick caught a glimpse of her reddened earlobe and neck. He suddenly realized that she was shy, wasn't she? Frederick grabbed her tiny waist with one hand and pulled her into his arms with a smirk. He was attempting to get an answer from her, thus he spoke with a deep yet seductive voice.

"The first time? Are you talking about a woman's first time?" Before he could finish his words, Alicia spoke out of the blue, "Hubby, would you mind it?" As expected, she was thinking about this! In an instant, his serene eyes were filled with delight.

"I mean... Well, the guy from the neighboring company who sentweird messages last twas taken away by the police. I heard that he might end up in jail! He's so old already yet he still likes to get girls in nightclubs. Those kinds of places are gambling dens meant for young rich men. Moreover, he would always judge women!" After muttering for a while, Alicia subconsciously looked at him and asked, "Hubby, don't you think he deserves it?" "Yes!" How could he be so calm? Why didn't he ask why he was taken away? By intuition, Alicia felt that he must be involved in it.

But, in fact, this was not the only thing she cared about. She was more concerned about another thing. Noticing that he wasn't keen on answering her after she had been talking for a long time, she got a little anxious. She couldn't hold back and deliberately changed to the previous topic.

"Hubby, you are a man too! Would you mind... if it isn't the first tfor your wife?" Alicia didn't know if she was influenced by the discussion earlier but she kept thinking about this for the whole day.

Without trying to avoid anything, Frederick replied bluntly, "I do care!" Everyone would want to have a pure wife for sure. However, it would not affect anything.

In an instant, the sparkle in Alicia's eyes dimmed a little. She didn't know that the focus of this sentence was the word "wife".

She thought that, to him, he only cared about whether it was the first tfor a woman or not! She had indeed given her first tto him! However, in her memory, she didn't seem to notice any blood that day. She couldn't help but wonder whether she had seen it or not. Was it because she was too confused or had she forgotten about it? Or was there no blood at all? "Hubby, in fact, swomen do not have... If I told you that it was my first twhen I did it with you, would you believe me?" Her mind was a mess when she finished speaking. It seemed like she couldn't explain it clearly even if she tried. Biting her lips, she felt a little uneasy all of a sudden.

As soon as he heard it, he understood what she meant. He raised his hand to pat the. back of her e head lightly. "It's already late at night and yet you are discussing this topic with me. Just wait until you have fully recovered before seducing me!" Was she trying to keep him up all night? Of course, he believed her! Not to mention that his eyes were the best evidence. Did she think that all men lacked the common sense of knowledge of women's bodies? "What a fool!" After making fun of her, Frederick got up and headed to the bathroom.

Sitting there in a daze, Alicia sighed a deep breath of relief. There was still tugging at her as she felt extremely helpless. Suddenly, she thought that she was very unlucky.

But, her melancholy only lasted for about two seconds. After a phone call, she turned on the computer and started working.

When Frederick cout of the bathroom and saw that she was full of energy, he went to pack his stuff as well.

After translating a few thousand words and checking them thoroughly, Alicia submitted them! She then walked towards Frederick and took over the work that he was doing, which was to fold the clothes. "Hubby, are you going on a business trip soon?" Why did she feel that he was about to go on another business trip again when he had just returned? She was not a clingy person, but out of the blue, she felt reluctant to be parted with him. It had been a long tsince she had felt this way.

"Yes, it's a very important case, so it may take a little longer!" Last time, he cback early because of her. Thus, he had sunfinished work there. Since he was travelling to the neighboring city, he would make a trip there as well.

While they were talking, Alicia had already packed everything up for him. As soon as she turned around to face he turned? him, Frederick grabbed her waist and uttered, "As usual, be obedient. You are not allowed to rack your brains on making money, understand?" She could sometimes be temperamental and it would get on his nerves.
