Chapter 962
Lysander’s voice echoed with a tinge of urgency through the phone, “Your mom’s gone missing. I’m on the hunt for
her now.””
Over time and through tender moments, Lysander had come to understand the deep bond between Thalassa and
the children. The mere thought of anything happening to her would send ripples of worry through their little hearts.
Atticus, sharp as a tack, keeping him in the dark would only fuel his fears.
Without sugarcoating the truth, Lysander broke the news of Thalassa’s disappearance to Atticus.
“What? Mom’s gone missing!” Atticus gasped.
The other three tots, lured by his voice, toddled out of the playroom, gathering around Atticus, their young,

“What do you mean Mom’s gone? Where did she go?” Dorian asked, his large, doe-like eyes wide with confusion.
“Isn’t Mom gonna tuck us in tonight? Waaah, I want my mommy,” Elowen whimpered, tears welling up in her eyes.
“Mommy…” Sophia’s voice was a faint whisper, her lips quivering, on the brink of tears.
The sounds of the children’s voices, with the girls on the verge of crying, reached Lysander through the phone. He
could feel the tension gripping the little ones.
Lysander pinched the bridge of his nose, his deep voice steadying, “Can we trace her location now?”
Jolted by the gravity of the situation, Atticus snapped to attention, “I’m on it right now.”
“Let me know once you have the location,” Lysander instructed.
“I will, Dad!” Atticus assured before hanging up and dashing to his room.
The three younger children exchanged a look of silent understanding and scurried after Atticus, their chubby legs
carrying them like a trio of determined little penguins, adorably earnest in their mission.
Once the call ended, Lysander boarded the chopper.
Back in the toy-strewn playroom, Atticus was furiously tapping away on a tablet, his youthful face etched with
concentration, his brow furrowed in a serious little knot.
Dorian, Elowen, and Sophia watched him intently, their big, innocent eyes filled with hope and anxiety.
Their mother’s safety was at stake, and none dared to make a careless move.
Atticus, who knew Thalassa’s phone number by heart as he did her credit card number, swiftly entered it into a
special interface on the tablet.
A tap, a search, and the device began its work.

“Mom’s here!” Atticus exclaimed with a light in his eyes, spotting the precise location on the screen.
“Where, where?” the trio of heads leaned in, curious and anxious.
Unfortunately, the map’s cryptic symbols eluded them. They recognized the red dot but not its meaning or how to
get there.
“I’ll send it to Dad right away. He’ll find Mom,” Atticus assured them.
“Hurry, Dad will definitely bring Mom back,” Dorian said, lifting his gaze to Atticus with urgency.
Atticus’ small fingers danced across the tablet screen.
Meanwhile, Lysander, aboard the helicopter and out of signal range, remained unaware of the incoming
information.
An hour later, the helicopter landed atop the Sinclair Group’s building. Lysander descended, checked his phone, and
saw Atticus’ message with the location.
