Amelia and Charlotte.
Why else would Amelia lie about the bracelet being a fake?

Lysander would be disgusted with Thalassa and kick her out for good.
That would be satisfying.
So she gave the bracelet to Charlotte to stage this grand spectacle..
But then Lysander showed up and asked Zephyr to check the surveillance footage with a determined and cold
demeanor.
Amelia, in her rush to teach Thalassa a lesson, forgot about the surveillance cameras, leading Zephyr to discover
the truth and break off Charlotte’s engagement with Lysander on the spot.
From now on, she couldn’t even use Charlotte, that brainless woman, to hurt Thalassa. It was going to be a lot
harder to deal with Thalassa.
