"The rain is about to stop. The air is so fresh. Shall we take a walk?" Grace suggested with a smile.
"Of course," Sylvia agreed, closing her umbrella. They began to stroll along the stone path that wound through the lawn.
"I've arranged for staff to be on duty through the night," Grace said. "With enough medicine and a doctor on-site, everything
should be fine."
"That's good. Hopefully, all the fevers will be gone by morning," Sylvia replied.
"I heard from the administrator that you bought a lot of gummies for the children," Grace said with a smile. "Tellhow much it
was, and I'll reimburse you."
"There's no need," Sylvia chuckled. "It wasn't much. Just a little gift for the kids. After attending class with them, | feel like we're all
classmates."
Grace's lips curved into a smile. "l invited you here to relax, and instead, you're spending your own money."
"You should be thankingfor givingthe opportunity to buy happiness with my money," Sylvia teased, her eyes twinkling.
"You have no idea—I'm so poor, all | have is money!"
Grace laughed softly.
"By the way," Sylvia began, "I hope | didn't cause you any trouble by bringing Evan back without asking."
