Brandon snapped out of his thoughts and smiled warmly at her. "Of course we are."
He turned to Sophia, who had also returned to the present, and pointed towards his office, still pondering his earlier question. "How
about we check out where you work?"
Brandon gave her a reassuring smile. "Sure."
As they walked into the office with Theresa in tow, they caused quite a stir.
The office had just begun to settle down from the initial gossip-fueled excitement when the sight of the family entering together
sparked a new wave of curiosity. Colleagues who hadn't had the chance to glimpse the CEO's family nudged each other, and soon,
all eyes were on Sophia and Brandon.
Sophia, feeling awkward in the spotlight, nodded and smiled politely at the curious faces.
Brandon, in contrast, remained calm and collected.
As they reached his office door, he paused and gently pulled Sophia to a stop.
Sophia turned to him, puzzled.
Brandon gave her a reassuring look to wait, then clapped his hands together twice, drawing everyone's attention back to them.
Sophia glanced at him, baffled by his actions.
With a calming glance, Brandon raised his arm to gently drape it over Sophia's shoulders before addressing the staff: "I'd like to
introduce you to my wife, and our daughter Theresa's mother, Sophia."
