Unveiling the Genius Behind the Divorcee Chapter 2

Chapter 2 She Is the Hacker He Wants

Gavyn was surprised by Aylin’s decisiveness. He swept his sharp gaze over the papers on the table,

and when the words “Divorce Agreement” came into view, they were nothing but large and glaring

He read the agreement briefly, frowning deeper and deeper, and the bottom of his eyes turned darker

and more obscure.

He thought, the agreement she drafts is simple but formal.

She is from the slums. How come she knows how to draft a divorce agreement?

Soon, Gavyn sneered as he looked at the last line.

“Is a villa enough for you?”

Regarding the property division section, Aylin requested nothing but the villa she was living in.

Gavyn did not believe it at all.

In his eyes, she was a woman who had gone out of her way to marry him. How come she would be

satisfied with just a villa?

Hearing his words, Aylin silently rolled her eyes.

She thought, I don’t give a d*mn about your family’s money, OK?

I’m a clean freak. The thought of that phony Laila will live in the villa I once lived in after I leave makes

me sick.

Aylin just wanted to get things done quickly, so she talked mercilessly.

“Mr. Delacruz, if that doesn’t sound enough to you, feel free to compensate me a bit more. How about

83 million

dollars?”

Gavyn’s eyes became gloomier, and his aura became cold and terrifying. He approached Aylin step by

step, his face

sullen and handsome.

“Aylin, you haven’t changed a bit. No matter how noble and decent you pretend to be, you are

digger.”

He grabbed the pen in Aylin’s hand and signed the agreement with great force.

Aylin tilted her head and looked at him, the man she had married for three years. She had to admit that

he was extremely good-looking, but so what? He was a jerk!

“Thanks for your comment.”

She grinned. “I like money indeed. After all, it is more reliable than a man who has no other advantage

besides a handsome face. Am I right, Mr. Delacruz?”

When she said the words “no other advantage besides a handsome face”, she deliberately turned

louder, and her words angered Gavyn genuinely.

“Aylin!”

He pursed his thin lips tightly, and his face was malicious. She even thought that he was going to raise

his hand and.

hit her.

Suddenly, someone said, “Mr. Delacruz, Ms. Marsh had an accident on the road…”

Lloyd Jones, Gavyn’s assistant, hurriedly entered the door. Halfway through his words, he saw Aylin,

who was behind Gavyn, and immediately stopped speaking.

Lloyd guiltily stopped in his tracks and observed the situation.

He saw Gavyn signing the divorce papers Aylin drafted.

He widened his eyes and was slack-jawed for a long time.

He thought, in the past three years, Mrs. Delacruz has taken great care of Mr. Delacruz meticulously

regarding every aspect of his life. She even sacrificed her pride just so that she could stay with him.

Will she be willing to divorce him?

Under Lloyd’s shocked gaze, Gavyn signed his name neatly, threw the pen on the table, and turned to

leave.

Lloyd hurriedly followed Gavyn. When they reached the door, behind them, Aylin said in a clear, brisk

voice.

“Mr. Delacruz, see you at city hall tomorrow morning.”

Lloyd stag gered and tentatively raised his head, only to see Gavyn’s cold face. Gavyn’s entire body

was almost burning with fury.

Aylin didn’t give a d*mn about how sullen Gavyn looked.

She smiled genuinely for the first time all day as the door slammed. Then she flicked her fingers at the

precious divorce agreement in her hand, turned, and walked up the stairs.

She washed her hands and changed her old clothes.

She dialed an encrypted phone. The phone rang for only a second before it was picked up, and a

man’s voice rang out. He was practically crying with joy.

“Boss

is that you? It has been three years. You finally contacted me. Where have you been for the last three

years?”

“I’ve been a fool for three years,” Aylin said with a self-deprecating smile.

“What?”

“Doesn’t matter now. Come pick me up.”

“The helicopter is on its way!” David Mandel replied.

Gavyn was in his car at a red light when he saw a helicopter flying overhead.

Ten minutes passed.

The helicopter circled and landed on the top floor of Meteor Hotel.

In a red dress, Aylin got off the helicopter.

By this time, she had changed into the way she used to dress when she was the daughter of the Koch

family. Her long black hair was scat tered on her back, her thick and slender eyebrows were raised

high, her eyes were glowing, and she was wearing a pair of 4-inch stiletto heels with diamonds, looking

noble and elegant.

David was dressed in a suit. Now, with tears in his eyes, he almost trotted towards her.

“Welcome back, boss!”

David was the youngest son of the Mandel family, and he was willing to be Aylin’s lackey!

“Boss, when you were away these three years, everything that happened in the organization was in line

with your deployment, and nothing went wrong. But there’s something I’ve been waiting for you to

decide.”

Aylin glanced sideways, gesturing him to continue.

David pushed the elevator button to the top floor for Aylin and whispered, “The Delacruz Group would

like to invite AK to work with them on a network project. I refused them, since you weren’t around, but

they said they could wait a year.”

AK was the world’s top hacker.

No one knew AK’s true identity except a few people close to her, including, David. AK was Aylin, the

daughter of the Koch family.

Aylin stopped in her tracks and looked up at David, intrigued.

“The Delacruz Group? Gavyn Delacruz?”

David was not surprised that Aylin knew the name of the person in charge of the Delacruz Group. He

nodded. “Yes.”

“Interesting.”

Aylin walked out of the elevator. Her high heels clattered against the marble floor, and crisp sounds

rang out. She said, her voice lazy, “Let him wait then!”

After entering the lavish presidential suite she usually lived in, Aylin grabbed her laptop, ditched her

heels, and sat on the sofa.

She did not pull open the curtains. The blue light shone on her serious face while she moved her

slender, fair fingers. nimbly above the keyboard.

She wiped out all the surveillance footage of her in the Delacruz’s home with one click.

Aylin did not stop. She switched to the stock interface, operated for a while, and then turned off the

laptop and fell asleep soundly.

She thought, I’m no longer Mrs. Delacruz.

I’ve been living in a dream, and now, I wake up.

It’s time to return to my family and enjoy a great life, which is the way things are supposed to be!

The next morning, Aylin was woken up by the alarm clock. To celebrate the divorce, she especially

picked a green dress. Her skin was fair, and green would make her look even more delicate. After

dressing up, she went to City Hall.

Gavyn was already there.
