Melody did not think she was doing anything wrong. She was only thinking on behalf of the Lawrence family. On the

angry expression, Benedict was puzzled and asked with concern, 'What happened? Why do you look so angry?"
His voice reminded her of what her son had said, and her subsided anger flared up again. "Why are you asking me?
Go and ask your son!"
Benedict sat beside her. "What happened to Byron?"
