“Keegan, I think you can make additional modifications in this area.
I’ve marked them for you. Here you go.” Rosalynn handed the revised drawing to Keegan.
Keegan nodded and gave his thanks before heading to Brian’s office with the design in hand.
In the office, Brian sat in his chair, absorbed in documents, his thoughts seemingly elsewhere.

“Please have a look at this design draft,” Keegan announced, opening the door and presenting the
drawing.
Brian accepted the design and reviewed it. After asking a couple of questions, he set it aside.
Studying Keegan’s gaze, he inquired, “Keegan, are you close with Rosalynn?”
Keegan glanced back at him and replied, “Yes, Rosalynn is like a sister to me. I’ve always treated her
as family.”
And nobody could mistreat her, not even Brian.
“It Looked like she’s in a bad mood today. Do you have any idea why?”
Brian asked.
Keegan regarded him with a knowing look. “Are you truly unaware of why she’s upset?”
Brian narrowed his eyes, inquiring, “Does it concern me?”

Keegan didn’t mince words. “I’m not sure what your intentions are, but giving identical jewelry to two
women is hardly proper, don’t you think?”
Brian’s jaw dropped. “What are you implying?”

“Did you not present Rosalynn and Eleanor with matching sets of jewelry?” Keegan asked.
Brian found himself at a loss for words.
