I'm still upset. My heart bleeds everytmy mind remindsof the fact that Alina is pregnant with Alpha Reagan's child. Right now my place in Alpha Reagan's life is no longer certain. Soon, the elders will ask him to end our relationship and be with Alina instead since she's carrying his future heir. When that happens, I'm not sure he'll be able to object.
I love Reagan.
God, I love him so much that it hurts. But this is too much forto take. I wouldn't be feeling so bad if it had been sother girl, but it just had to be Alina. My sworn enemy in this pack. My nemesis. She's not going to rest until she sendspacking Alpha Reagan's life.

I have to leave this pack. Find my mother. Start all over. Maybe when I leave I'll find my true mate whose wolf is going to identifyat first glance, because right now, I don't think I want keep living like this. It has only been from one problem to another since the day I started getting close to Alpha Reagan. It's exhausting. I want peace.
When he comes back from work, were going to have a deep conversation and I'll ask him to letgo, because all of this is just too much fortake.
Calmly, I walk to the mirror and inspect myself. Everything looks fine so I exit the closet and almost faint when I step into the bedroom and see Alpha Reagan standing by the door. I had been so lost in thought that I didn't hear him cin.
"Alpha Reagan." I call, shocked.
"Hey baby." He greets with a gruff voice. For the first tever, he doesn't look pristine. He has his suit jacket held on his right arm and his suit case on the left. The sleeves of his white shirt are rolled up to his elbows while the shirt stays tucked into his trousers with his leather belt sitting nicely on his waist.
His hair... oh... his hair...
It's completely dishevelled.
The unguarded strain on his face speaks a thousand words about his frustration. He seems to have had a very stressful day. I'm tempted to pity him, but I won't.
He brought this upon himself.

After the conversation and rigorous duel I had with Nelly, I felt a tad bit better and now, I'm ready to have this talk with him. He comes and meetson the bed and I've never seen such a sorrowful look on his face. He looks like he's about to burst into tears anytsoon.
"Ashanti." He calls and I look at him. "Did you have a good day?" He asks out of nowhere and I'm completely taken aback. I back away from him and crease my brows, stupefied by his question. "Are you kiddingright now?"
"I know... I'm sorry. I'm sorry." He massages his forehead with his eyes closed. He lets a tired sigh before looking atagain. "Look Ashanti... I know the situation we find ourselves in right now is a little difficult..."
"A little difficult?" I cut him off and chuckle. "You call what's going on "a little difficult?" Alpha Reagan you got another girl pregnant and she's not m just any girl out there, he's Alina. Ve Daughter of Daughter of a former high ranking official in this Pack. This isn't just a little difficult situation, this is a messed up situation because once he finds out, once every other elder in your council learns about this pregnancy, they will all advocate for you to get rid ofand take in Alina because she has always been their choice for you." "Reagan I'm tired!" I say in a teary voice. "I'm honestly sick and tired of all this hardship. Ever since we m started getting close, it has been from one problem to another. Over coming one challenge to the next and now this has been served. I don't even know what to do right now." X
