Wael casually looked at Saachi, an uninvited guest, and said, "It’s been a long time since I
fought. I don't want my hands to be tainted with blood. If you leave now, I’ll pretend
nothing ever happened."
Saachi turned around and stared at Wael.

you're in the Tempris House.

Saachi was from the Aeternus District. She was the daughter of the previous district

Wael glanced at her and asked, "Who are you looking for?"
"I'm looking for James."
Upon hearing that Saachi was here for James, Wael vanished without a word.
Saachi let out a sigh of relief.
She could sense Wael’s strength. He was on par with Xuri, or perhaps even stronger.
Immediately, Saachi headed to James' residence.
At the back of the mountain, James sat on the Boundless Rock. His body exuded a ray of
green light, forming several mysterious inscriptions.
He was cultivating the Tenfold Realms Transcendent Sutra and Verde Power.
Just then, a lady appeared.
James immediately sensed her presence. He opened his eyes and sensed her aura, then
got off the Boundless Rock and appeared before her.
"Why are you here?"
Saachi removed the bamboo hat from her head and showed her face.
Her facial features were delicate. She appeared beautiful, but her face was pale.
"It's a long story. Xuri has been going after me for the past few years. When I found out
you were going to become the Head of Tempris House, I came looking for a temporary
place to hide. I believe even someone like Xuri wouldn’t dare to act recklessly in the Verde
Academy." Saachi looked at James anxiously.
"You'll help me, won't you?"
"Of course," James said immediately. "I don’t like Xuri anyway. Since you're here, stay and
recuperate in the house. However, what should I do if Xuri comes and asks for you? I can't
defeat her."
"Don't let her know I'm here," Saachi said. "As long as you don’t let it slip, you have
nothing to worry about. This is Lothar's issue. Also, Xuri wouldn't dare come to the Verde
Academy, let alone ask for anyone."
Her words reassured James.

Saachi immediately flew to a spiritual mountain without another word. Her injuries were
severe, and she needed time to heal.
Upon her departure, Wael appeared.
"James, who is she?" Wael asked the moment he showed up. Then, he frowned and said,
"Her Demonic Energy is terrifying."
"Someone pitiful," James said softly. "She's the daughter of
the previous leader of the Aeternus District, currently on the run because of the internal
war there. She saw her family get killed, and she took this extreme path to get revenge."
"I see."
Wael rubbed his chin and said, "She's strong. She'd be a good fit as an elder of the
Tempris House. The only issue is that the other houses may disagree upon sensing her
Demonic Energy."
