Wilbur reached out to grab it and realized that the starfish held an immense power with a special aura.

found this very strange, as all it took to lift a formation was just removing the formation core.
The starfish had been dug up, but the last formation core had yet to disappear. Wilbur stared at the wriggling starfish, falling into

The starfish had been moved, but the formation core was still present. On top of that, the starfish continued to wriggle around.
Every tit moved, the formation core seemed to move with it as if it revolved around the starfish.
