Skylar wasn’t particularly in a good mood that day after what happened to Thomas, and eating was her way to

make herself feel better.

When Gavin saw the man, he smiled and said jokingly, “Mr. Ford, it seems like you are losing your sense of time.”

If not for the hickeys on Tobias’ neck, Gavin would have thought that the man was delayed due to a meeting at his
