Martina quickly understood the Chief’s idea and thought that since she would be staying here for an unknown number of days, it
would be a good thing to help these children with their studies. Not only would it divert her attention, but it would also make her
stay more comfortable. With these thoughts in mind, Martina readily agreed without any hesitation.
“Okay. I will do my best to help these children learn more during the time I’m here before I leave,” Martina said.

If someone happens to come looking for me in the village in the next few days, please don’t disclose any information about my
whereabouts.”
